Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏

Good afternoon.I recommend the clinic 1000%.the team works like clockwork, support and attention 24/7.Dr Murat Yaman has golden hands, he knows what he is doing.I had abdominoplasty 360, breast lift without implants and Lipo, everything went perfectly.From the moment you arrive at the airport, you get into the caring hands of Oli the interpreter, who is also in her place, she guides you from A to Z, very attentive and efficient, thank her very much! The whole team of the clinic is just super, this is not my last trip to them.I recommend it to everyone and to all beautiful transformation and health!!!!

I am happy with the expertise provided by the doctor. He understood and have my needs by explaining his technique in tummy tuck and liposuction and compared other techniques he has used before. Shout out to Ice and Marj who went above and beyond to put me at ease with my procedures. The hotel inclusive of the package was a great touch in being closer to the doctor for pain relief and further enquiries. The doctor structured procedures in different days to ensure that the body can heal between procedures. I will be happy with the result once scarring and swelling have subsided. This procedure was on my mind for over 3 years, but I was scared shitless to move forward with it since I've heard a number of unfortunate stories. I had blood clotting issue during pregnancy, so I was extremely worried. Thankfully, Bookimed responded all my questions in a timely manner and with care. Calling me "dear" in every sentence was a bit too much for me, but I knew I was being taken care of. I was mostly surprised that all they needed was my flight info to confirm the appointment, not down payment. That made me feel more at ease to know that it was legitimate. Later, I was contacted by the Istanbul Aesthetic Center's liaison, who was fluent in English and explained everything in detail. Dr. Ergin Er suggested a full tummy tuck instead of a mini one to give the best result once he examined in person, and I'm glad that I did. I can barely see the stretch marks and haven't seen my stomach this flat in years. The disappointing part was when I couldn't get the vaser liposuction on my arms because there's not much fat to extract. I thought my arms are huge but apparently not fatty. Instead of operating for just money, I appreciated the doctor for his transparency. He mentioned it would only give a 30% difference, and it wouldn't be worth of getting scars. At least knowing it from a professional inspired me to focus my workout on my arms instead if second guessing "what-if" if I never took this route. Hence, my procedure changed but the price stayed the same since it deducted arms but upgraded to a full tummy tuck. From the airport pick up to the post-operation, everything was well-planned. I was well-taken care by the nurses and the drivers as well. As the liaison mentioned the nurses aren't fluent English speakers but that didn't stop me from being taken care of. I'm still recovering but am very hopeful that the result will be better than I expected.

Hi just wanted to say that everyone were so welcoming, caring and gentle. It’s my first experience in cosmetic surgery I did low belly fat liposuction and breast reduction, it’s my first time here in Turkey, I came alone but not for a moment I felt alone. The medical team is truly incredible, Dr. Ergin Er and so caring and very attentive through the way he speaks with me, the advice, his honesty, it even made me have more confidence in myself. This intervention was very important for me he is an excellent doctor thank you very much Dr. The welcome from the entire Clinic was warm. The nurses are very gentle, even with the language barrier. The day nurses were great, My night nurse Ayse was a rare gem, very attentive, very empathetic, thank you very much Ayse. 🫶🏽 Thank you to the amazing women the nurse Merve ❤️who did my drainage lymphatic massage, she came to the hotel to do it, she helped me a looooot she is so gentle, she is the best!! After a liposuction it’s very the best combination to heal after just 1 massage I was feeling so much better I did 5 massage in all because I had to go back home but this massage reduced my oedema so quickly thank you so much. Thank you very much for the organization, my coordinator Beatriz Ramos was so lovely she helped me a lot sometimes I was so anxious but she always were available for me while answering my questions. Whether with the driver who came to pick me up from the airport, the hotel, the translator Dileke. I recommend this clinic at 100%. ☺️💐

Dr Ana was very sweet and helpful as was her daughter Louise. Despite the language barrier they were able to communicate to me what the procedure was going to be in terms of medical tests on surgery day. The anesthetist was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The nurses who tended to me post procedure were very kind, but there was definitely a language barrier. I had hoped to be able to use my phones translator, but did not anticipate how difficult it would be for me to move after the procedure often times I would not be able to reach my phone. Once I arrived there, there were some nominal unanticipated additional costs that I was not made aware of. Specifically, $200 a night to sleep another night in the clinic when I was too swollen and sore to move and wasn't going to be able to get on a plane just yet. I stayed in a nice hotel the night before the procedure and paid only $77 for that accommodation. It would be different if they had been bringing me juice and water frequently or otherwise caring for me, but I often found myself dehydrated and lacking cold water. I appreciate that they brought me food, but all of the food that they brought me was so dry that I could not eat it because my mouth was already so dry. They were very sweet to go and get me and ice cream when I asked for a popsicle. Otherwise you got whatever they gave you, whenever they decided to give it to you. The rest of the time I was just left alone in my room, which was fine because I really was not able to move. There are times and it would have been helpful to have someone nearby to hand me lip balm from my bag, but generally I was left by myself. I am 2 weeks out from my procedure so I'm still very swollen, St iff and sore, but I can tell that the surgeon did an excellent job with my procedure. I'm very happy with the results I'm seeing so far and anticipate being even happier as the swelling goes down and my new figure fully reveals itself. This is not the same kind of experience as having cosmetic surgery in the states. There's very little consultation/ pre-op care other than the scheduling. The Aftercare is almost non-existent. I was prepared for that and so I had real significant complaints outside of the lack of pain management offered post procedure.

From the airport to the end of the hospital stay, everything was impeccable. The translation via the interpreter was impeccable, a kind and attentive person. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you
