We had an online consultation with Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis, through a female translator. The translator translated everything word for word, there were no barriers in communicating with the doctor. Before the consultation, a CT scan and ultrasound were sent to the clinic in advance. After studying the materials, Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis explained everything clearly and in detail. He told me how to live further, what to do... My only regret is that I did not go to this clinic earlier. The doctor promptly worked because he didn’t see the problem in his direction and redirected us to orthopedists where we were also promptly given an x-ray. Nord Clinics Alyan is very accurate in the organization, that is, we were met minute by minute in time, I want to mention Karina, a girl translator, who accompanied us all the time, no delays, no extra calls.

Passed in the cardio department. My mom was also checked: cardio and neurology. Doctors and clinic staff immediately inspired confidence. Very polite, friendly staff in the clinic. Our coordinators Maria, Svetlana and Daria were in touch every minute, identified us with the clinic and doctors (Maria) very professionally, planned our meetings and advised hotels located near the clinic in the Sisli district (Svetlana and Daria). Our translators and assistants throughout the stay were Leila and Nino, many thanks to the girls for the attention to each of our requests, courtesy and excellent assistance in coordinating all the rendezvous, interpretation of tests and transport. Transportation was determined for us every day, starting with a meeting at the airport, daily visits to the clinic and transfer to the airport. Thank you all!
