From and to the airport to the hospital, the amenities and staff were all exceptional, just as described upon booking. They met and exceeded my expectations . The only thing I would improve is the night shift nurses could be a little more fluent in English instead of using google translator. Overall the whole team was really nice . Firstly I wanted to start by saying a HUGE thank you to Ege. I booked my procedure 12 months ago from the UK through Bookimed. The whole process was incredibly easy. From the moment I booked until I flew home, Ege responded to all my questions and queries almost instantly. Deciding to get my breast implants removed was a big step and opting to go abroad was an even bigger step. The cost in Turkey was 4 times lower than in the UK but the care and attentiveness was 10 times better. I was collected from the airport, taken to my hotel and picked up and dropped off by executive transport for my procedure, appointments and airport transfers at no extra cost. On the day of my procedure I was given a full MOT (ECG, bloods, consultation with the anaesthetist and meeting with Dr Ergin) to ensure I was fit and well for the procedure. The procedure itself was quick. My mum and teenage children waited in my hospital room while I was in surgery and where there waiting for me when I woke up. I was checked on hourly after my surgery and the hospital food was lovely (way better than UK). I was discharged with full post op instructions and given my appointment for a few days time (to have bandages removed). I didn’t need any pain relief at all!
To anyone considering a private medical procedure look no further than Istanbul Aesthetics Center. Honestly, I was anticipating a very stressful experience BUT it’s been the exact opposite.

Literally everything was perfect. My medical coordinators (Irina, Yasemine, Muhlise and Narmina) have exceeded my expectations. They have shown the highest standards of hospitality, care, emotional support as well as kept me up to date always with the necessary steps and updates and joined me on my doctor visits and follow up appointments. My Doctor was excellent! He was extremely honest with his feedback prior to surgery, and ensured I knew exactly what to expect. He did not personally agree with what I had requested, yet he still did a great job. It’s too soon to discuss the results as I still have the plasters on, nonetheless so far so good! The ladies (especially Yasemin and Muhlise who have been physically present during my journey) have made the experience significantly better for me, and I will always be grateful for their presence and support. 10/10 recommend!
