Initially, no one knew there was an appointment for us! They didn’t know who would attend to us! We had to ask several people using the reference name we had, and until they managed to identify the lady, we started the tests with a 2h delay… We did everything as planned without problems. More than 3 weeks have passed since we went to this clinic, and to date no one has sent us the results of the remaining tests. Not even the medical opinion! Considering how much was paid, no one is finishing what we went there to do!

I had a VIP checkup at Hisar International Hospital, I liked it very much! The process was efficient, I went through all the examinations without any delays. Modern equipment, experienced doctors and friendly staff. The interpreter Rabia accompanied me everywhere and translated everything very well. I also had lunch at the hospital, delicious! We heard that Greece has very good water therapy. And we came to Evexia mainly for this. The pool is specially equipped for various activities. There is also a device for transporting patients in wheelchairs, which is not found everywhere. Our son does water therapy every day with very good instructors. He manages to actively perform many exercises. The water is warm, and the duration of the lesson itself is 45 minutes. This is wonderful therapy for our son. The results are noticeable gradually. We are also very pleased with the speech therapy classes. Therapists are mostly young people, very proactive and responsible. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean. The clinic is 20 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the sea. The weather is great in winter, lots of sun.

They didn’t warn that some of the tests were done on an empty stomach! They told us to take replacement shoes for the treadmill, this is written in the preparation instructions, the two of us brought replacement shoes, because of which we bought luggage, in fact - on the path we were wearing ordinary street sneakers! Queues!!! There were queues all around, we waited for a therapist for more than an hour, for an ophthalmologist for more than 40 minutes, a lot of time was spent waiting at the door, although we had a VIP check-in package! Doctors without coats, in jeans, sweaters, in which they walk down the street! The cardiologist was talking on a mobile phone during an ultrasound of the heart! The gynecologist did not give any recommendations, spent 1 minute on the examination, there was no answer to the questions, everything was very superficial, the doctors did not devote time, despite the fact that people flew from another country specifically for this! But the Turks sit for an hour in the office for consultations! Like a conveyor belt and formal! A number of deviations were identified - no recommendations, what is this for? How to look for the cause and eliminate it? Go take your vitamins - a very unprofessional approach! The clinic coordinator also wrote strange messages in response to my complaint that the cardiologist was talking on his mobile phone during the ultrasound and was not wearing a gown - like this is normal for them, but we have never seen this anywhere else! The price for some tests was announced at the reception twice as much, I had to find out on the spot and write to everyone about this - why was the price announced the same, but in fact it is 2 times different?! There are many nuances, just like for a VIP check-in. You can just get tested everywhere and cheaper, in this clinic there is no individual approach and the doctors don’t care - it’s noticeable, we won’t come to this place again.

I really liked the cardiolith clinic, also the medical team, the doctors who served me behaved professionally and were at a high level, for which I am very grateful to them. The only negative is the services of an interpreter. I think that the translation should be on the letterhead of the clinic and each medical specialist separately, and not on simple sheets of A4 format, where everything is printed in a row as a plain text.

Perhaps it is difficult to organize, but I would like some other relationship for my money. The specialists are generally friendly and professional, but some of them will not give too much advice, because this is not included in the paid program.

As a result, it turned out that I had to visit three of their branches to take tests, which I could not do and they knew about it. I drove 70 kilometers to them. They sent me to another branch, like I'll rent everything there. And there is a flashlight, some of the analyzes say they do not.
