I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

I had vaginoplasty including cystocele and rectocele repair, plus perineoplasty with Dr. Esra Cabruk. The surgery took place in a spotless hospital where everything was perfect – from the facilities to the staff. Up to today everything is going very well, and I feel safe in her care. I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to both the clinic and Bookimed for the excellent organisation of my operation and the whole trip. From the first contact to the discharge - everything was flawless! I am by nature a terrible panic-stricken person and before the trip I was worried about literally everything. Fears, fears, worries, worries - it was all there. But everything turned out to be perfectly organised: I was met, driven, everything was on time, punctual, comfortable. There was an interpreter everywhere, so everything was clear and calm. I was very pleased with the fact that they started taking me into anaesthesia in the lift, and I didn't even see the operating room - I just woke up in a cosy room with large panoramic windows. This is so important - without stress, without fear, with complete trust. The staff - attentive, warm, responsive. I felt cared for at every stage. And, of course, a special thanks to Dr Ergin Er for the fulfilment of my dream! I had a breast reduction and lift, and already 2 weeks after the operation I feel like a new person. My shoulders are squared, I feel light inside, and every look in the mirror makes me smile. The result is amazing: the stitches are incredibly thin and neat, you can already see the work of a true professional. I don't even know how he did it, everything is so jewellery! We were brought straight to the hospital after arriving. Good transfer! Olga, our interpreter, met us at the hospital. She was not only an interpreter but also a counsellor on many issues in Istanbul, as it was the first time we had been here. In the evening we took a blood test and in the morning I was operated. I came out of the anaesthesia easily, already in a new image. The doctor was very attentive, both before the operation, during the examination, and after. Service staff, very nice nurses, even though I did not understand them, but smiled doing their job and did not embarrass me. In the hospital I was with my husband only two nights, I felt good and we moved to the hotel (room large, clean with breakfast included!). We went to the dressing. There was always a transfer! Additionally I want to add about Istanbul - it is very interesting and mysterious city fairy tale! Thank you all who supported me from the very beginning of my decision and to the end! I am very pleased with my choice of this clinic. From the very beginning the communication with the clinic staff was fast and of high quality. I chose from 3 clinics. It was in this clinic that I got the best price and quality service before and after the procedure. I had a second rhinoplasty. The doctor did just a jewellery work with my nose. Very carefully, without much interference, he corrected the flaws from the first surgery I had a couple of years ago in Turkey. I am very happy with the result. My nose is now straight and neat. I was also very pleased with the service at the clinic after the operation. I had all the necessary procedures to reduce the swelling immediately after the operation and then during the week I still came a couple of times for procedures, so the recovery took literally a week. Special thanks to the assistant Joan. She was always in touch and very supportive throughout my stay in Korea. I would highly recommend this clinic for its quality service and professionalism.
