The person who was given the appointment was given the wrong one and I traveled 5 hours because of this mistake and paid 157 euros and I was not examined medically because the appointment was given the wrong one and they told me that I should have 5 more days to request a refund I actually made the request and I haven't received the money back yet. It was a very bad experience and I hope it doesn't happen again.
Unfortunately, I did not like anything. They were negligent in everything. They did not have time to inquire. They talked to you with an upset face
My appointment was not scheduled correctly because of the person I made the appointment with.

The first two times there were problems with translators, 2 translators were illiterate and irresponsible. Then they replaced me and gave me a very responsible and decent translator. The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

Hello!!! I would like to share my impressions and conclusions about the Memorial clinic. A huge clinic, the work is well coordinated at the highest level. Transfer and first consultation are completely free. The translators are friendly and helpful in everything. Hello! In both clinics in both Antalya and Istanbul (Asel, Nino) there were super coordinators. But, giving a tidy sum, I left with what I arrived. Without an accurate diagnosis and any solution to my problem. The doctor’s appointment $ 120-160, lasts about 5 minutes! And this is at best. Results and recommendations are issued in Turkish, and not in English.

"Clinic definitely recommend
When they learned what was needed in the clinic, they didn’t even know where to run and whom to contact. Coordinators helped to select a clinic. They gave us a doctor. Everything went great, the doctor is a true professional.  Separately, I want to note the attitude to patients. We were met at the airport, brought to the clinic and there was already a translator waiting. Literally "by the hand" we were taken to the doctors, everyone translated. Then they provided a taxi to the hotel.   During the operation, the ward was provided for two people - for the patient and the attendant; both of them were included in the cost of the operation.   After surgery, the doctor held a consultation, making sure that you can fly back. And only then answered questions remotely that arose.  Clinic definitely recommend

Surface melanoma was detected in November 2016. A deep excision was carried out in the Kiev oncology center at Verkhovinaya Street. The thickness of melanoma in Breslow is 0.038 mm. In a year and a half, the histology was rechecked in Israel. After rechecking, applying with help to this resource, Constantine offered to undergo examination in the clinic of Turkey, in Istanbul. The clinic is called Liv Hospital. The glass and blocks were rechecked in Turkey. Almost everything coincided with Israeli data (0.68 mm thickness, 0.7 mm Israel) and 1 mitosis was detected. Translator Madina, who accompanied us all the time, just umnichka !!! In all delves into itself. You can all ask her again, she will ask the doctor if you do not understand something or have additional questions before the examination. Two doctor's consultations are included immediately in the cost when you pay only the first - one before the examinations and the second after. It was also possible to ask for other health problems and get advice. There are almost all doctors there. If you want to check on other issues - take with you all the available documents. I was also examined for gynecology, as in Ukraine they put dysplasia of the cervix. The diagnosis was not confirmed in the clinic of Turkey. At the moment, they said that the BSLU does not need to be done and every survey was painted for every 3 months in Ukraine. We thank Constantine and his colleague Julia for their assistance, as well as assistance in organizing a free transfer to Istanbul.
