The fact that a family member could stay with you while you recover was indeed a nice touch as you need a familiar face during this time. I was operated on by a talented surgeon Ursula Scholz, who performed the operation with jewellery and professionalism. Conditions in the clinic are quite good, the ward has everything you need, the medical staff is very polite, nurses many times after the operation came into the room and asked if I need anything and everything is fine. Special thanks to the International Department of the clinic and my interpreter Lydia, who accompanied me at all stages of preparation for the operation. I would like to note that all questions concerning payment for medical services were discussed in advance and fully corresponded to the initially agreed amount, with the issuance of relevant documents and cheques. My care was very good from start to finish. As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by my interpreter and team. They were very friendly, put me at ease and explained what would happen and when. I had checks done and blood taken etc and met the consultant. He was absolutely lovely and again explained the whole procedure. I also met with the Anaesthetist. My procedure was completed and the care was fantastic from all the staff involved. The room and hospital were great. I felt like we had VIP treatment. The Hotel was also nice and everything runs like clockwork.
