My name is Sergey, St. Petersburg, I am 65 years old and I have had prostate cancer. 03/19. 19 I got a PSA 6.26 analysis result. (I periodically donated blood for PSA, as there were some problems of a urological nature, besides, I was at risk, my father had prostate cancer) I turned to an oncologist, did an MRI of the pelvis, which showed that I in the left lobe of the gland, a capsule of 20x8 mm, conclusion: PIRADS 5, as bad as possible, as the doctor said. Next, the biopsy that confirmed the cancer, “Acinar Adenocarcinoma of the Prostate,” the total score for Gleason 6. Of course it was a hit! Although I understood that this is quite possible. My relatives helped me a lot: wife, children (I have two sons), wife of the eldest son (I do not like the word daughter-in-law). And then the question, "where to do the operation?" His son was told about the existence of the Bookimed company, which helps people in finding the best treatment option for various diseases around the world. They immediately told me that the operation will be done by an assistant professor Dolezhal (experience, more than 2000 operations on prostate cancer on a robot !!!), assisted by Professor Tvaruzhek. All information about the clinic and doctors in the public domain on the website of the hospital of St. Zdislava. This is one of the many reasons why I had surgery there, and not in Russia, I could not get information on the statistics of operations performed by doctors in St. Petersburg. I flew to Prague 05/01/19, I was met at the airport and taken to the hospital, there I was met by the translator Otakar Peshek, speaks excellent Russian. 05/03/19 I had surgery, everything went well. We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. Good day! I would like to share my impressions of being in the clinic. Thanks to the coordinators, the staff of the international clinic center, all wishes were taken into account. Special thanks to the attending physician, the procedure was perfect, the staff is very attentive, courteous. They are located in a 5-bed room, but at the same time there is no discomfort, food can be chosen taking into account personal taste preferences (Korean, European cuisine) and at the same time satisfying and varied. I can say one thing, there is no limit to my gratitude, my recommendations to friends, acquaintances only this Clinic! The prices are reasonable.
