The clinic is good. Doctors too, but the prices are very expensive. From the beginning, the coordinator and translator do not say that they have service packages. I found out about this by accident. Immediately upon payment, ask for a receipt and you will know exactly what and how much you have to pay for. On my first visit, it was the translator who told the cashier a different amount, but it turned out that the amount there was much less. It was precisely because of this that I asked Bookimed to change both the translator and the coordinator. Be carefull. I am very grateful to the Bookimed company, they are experts in their field, especially Marina, I can write to her at any time, she will gladly answer and help me. It was she who brought me to this clinic and she, through representatives, found out how much I appreciated the treatment. Although this was the coordinator's job. The coordinator was not there to help or pick up the phone at all and didn’t even answer lately. Apparently I didn’t like the fact that I already understood everything perfectly well. I don’t know the price of finding out this is something secret, I don’t know the permanent answer. They know everything very well and it has turned into a business. I did a tummy tuck + breast lift + full liposuction only 10 Days ago, I’m not able to see final results yet but so far I am extremely happy. The staff at the. Clinic was extremely nice and making sure I was as comfortable as possible and always available.. The staff speaks little English but we had the chance to have translator that make’s himself available at any time of the day , and he really accommodate us . They are all extremely nice . The surgeon was excellent I was very lucky to have him and he did an excellent work. I had a great experience thanks to all for everything!
