What really stood out was sitting with my doctor before the procedure. He personally performed the treatment, but first, he showed me before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine and clearly explained the specific depth and settings he would use for my skin. This gave me confidence. I had one Morpheus8 session for my neck and décolletage, and I'm feeling better than expected so far. The clinic staff have also stayed in touch, which is reassuring. Just be aware that I did have some additional expenses for injections that weren't in the initial price.

I would like to share my feedback about the coordinator Kristina, who assisted me from the initial inquiry until the very end. I was searching for a clinic for breast lift/augmentation. I don't recall how, but I submitted a request on Bookimed and received a response very promptly. To be honest, I wasn't planning to undergo surgery so soon; I was simply exploring clinic and doctor options to make a calm decision and perhaps have the lift in a year or more. However, Kristina immediately got involved, listened to my requests, and began providing options in various countries. Initially, I was considering the Czech Republic, but after discussing with Kristina, we decided on Turkey. She took into account my budget, selected clinics, provided reviews with before/after photos, answered countless questions, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision. I had many doubts because I had to travel to another country alone, without a companion, and feared that it might be challenging for me to manage alone, but Kristina assured me that I would receive enough support to not worry. And that's exactly how it was! From the airport meeting to my departure, everything was top-notch! I would highly recommend this clinic for its quality service and professionalism.
I am very pleased with my choice of this clinic. From the very beginning the communication with the clinic staff was fast and of high quality. I chose from 3 clinics. It was in this clinic that I got the best price and quality service before and after the procedure. I had a second rhinoplasty. The doctor did just a jewellery work with my nose. Very carefully, without much interference, he corrected the flaws from the first surgery I had a couple of years ago in Turkey. I am very happy with the result. My nose is now straight and neat. I was also very pleased with the service at the clinic after the operation. I had all the necessary procedures to reduce the swelling immediately after the operation and then during the week I still came a couple of times for procedures, so the recovery took literally a week. Special thanks to the assistant Joan. She was always in touch and very supportive throughout my stay in Korea. I would highly recommend this clinic for its quality service and professionalism.

This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone.
I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words

I was worried about how the recovery would go and when the first changes would become noticeable. Now, at this early stage, I can say that everything is going according to plan, although the final shape hasn’t yet become apparent due to severe swelling, which is to be expected. I underwent Vaser liposuction on several areas, during which around 3–4 litres of fluid were removed. The procedure itself went well. The entire clinic staff were very supportive, and wearing the compression garments, contrary to my expectations, isn’t causing any serious discomfort. I’m happy with the organisation and the care.

If you’re seriously considering this operation, I can share my experience. I had a forearm flap phalloplasty (RFF) with simultaneous urethral lengthening. To be honest, the biggest challenge turned out to be the nausea after the anaesthesia, rather than the pain. The donor site on my arm is now healing well, and the position of the phallus looks natural, which was the most important thing for me. The whole clinic team worked very smoothly together. My main advice: bring some comfortable trousers for home and elasticated boxer shorts. This is very important after the operation.

And I’m glad that I have absolutely no sensitivity to cold drinks. The hardest part after the whitening treatment turned out to be avoiding foods that stain; that takes discipline. My main advice to anyone planning to have the procedure: be prepared not to eat foods that stain your teeth for a while, and even take a toothbrush and toothpaste with you to restaurants so you can maintain the whiteness straight away.

Thank you all who supported me from the very beginning of my decision and to the end! Peace, health and fulfilment of wishes!
We were brought straight to the hospital after arriving. Good transfer! Olga, our interpreter, met us at the hospital. She was not only an interpreter but also a counsellor on many issues in Istanbul, as it was the first time we had been here. In the evening we took a blood test and in the morning I was operated. I came out of the anaesthesia easily, already in a new image. The doctor was very attentive, both before the operation, during the examination, and after. Service staff, very nice nurses, even though I did not understand them, but smiled doing their job and did not embarrass me. In the hospital I was with my husband only two nights, I felt good and we moved to the hotel (room large, clean with breakfast included!). We went to the dressing. There was always a transfer! Additionally I want to add about Istanbul - it is very interesting and mysterious city fairy tale! Thank you all who supported me from the very beginning of my decision and to the end! Peace, health and fulfilment of wishes! I recommend it!

The clinic was disappointing. Instead of the promised surgery start time of 12-13 hours, we found a free operating theatre only at 19:30. The situation was saved by the doctor himself, who was in the clinic all the time and was also waiting for the operating theatre to be given to us. He calmed me down and supported me. Many thanks to him for this, also a big thanks to the interpreter Valeria who was also there for me. Many thanks to the medical staff of the clinic, they are great professionals. Then I started looking for a new one and came across this service, which made it very easy for me to find a decent clinic.
I have not been travelling, I have been living in Tbilisi for some time, but nevertheless it is difficult to find a doctor in a foreign country and in a field where you constantly hear about failed surgeries. Before Bukmed, I went to a clinic with very strange behaviour of the staff. Then I started looking for a new one and came across this service, which made it very easy for me to find a decent clinic. And most importantly - as I realised, the manager acts as an intermediary between you and the clinic in an unfamiliar country. To be honest, I still don't believe that Bookmed's services are free.
