My name is Kateryna, and I’m a medical coordinator at Bookimed. I’ve been in medicine for 9 years, and for the past two, I’ve been helping patients find “their” doctor in plastic surgery, dentistry, and bariatrics.

My mission is to be there when things feel overwhelming — when there are lots of questions, worries, and doubts. I help patients make sense of their options, choose the best solution, and go through the journey calmly, confidently, and with a sense of support.

For me, it’s not just about finding a clinic or a doctor — it’s about making sure each person feels heard, understood, and never alone in the process. I’m always on the patient’s side — with care, honesty, and attention to every detail.

If you are considering getting dental implants, I wanted to share a bit about my process. What really stood out was the speed and efficiency of the doctors and staff; I genuinely did not expect that. I received three or four of the Straumann brand implants. I am still in the early stages of healing, and so far, I'm feeling about as expected. The care was solid. Just be aware that you will need to cover some small additional costs yourself, like post-operative medications such as antibiotics, as well as your own lunch and dinner.

The main advice I would give to anyone considering this procedure is to prepare thoroughly for the period before and after the operation.

What I remember most about the whole process was the doctor’s approach. Before the operation, he personally marked the incision lines on my upper eyelids and honestly explained what I could realistically expect from the result. The procedure was carried out under general anaesthetic, and I now feel better than I expected. It was a great help that the doctor personally checked on me after the operation, and the clinic provided clear aftercare instructions. There were no additional costs. The only advice I would give to future patients is to make sure you confirm the exact date and time of the operation in advance.

I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…) I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc . The doctor warned me that such results would occur, but I didn’t want implants and hoped for a miracle with fat…I recommend this clinic and doctor Feridun Elmas Thank you ,next time I come for implants
