Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery. It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field. The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. I’m really grateful for the smooth process, and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be in a similar situation and looking for this kind of care and has similar situation as mine.

We were diagnosed with internal and external hydrocephalus in a newborn. While searching for clinics, I accidentally came across the Bookimed platform. The team was great. Professor Alper Toker is an outstanding doctor, a true professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His team is perfectly organized, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The nurses were incredibly attentive and compassionate, providing excellent care and support throughout the entire process. They were always available to assist with any needs, making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed at all times. From the initial consultation to the final stages of care, the entire experience was handled with **expertise and professionalism**. From the bottom of our hearts we would like to express our gratitude to our doctor Ilhan Elmachi and his whole team. We are from Uzbekistan and when we were diagnosed with arteriovenous malformation we realised that this is the most complicated pathology of brain neurosurgery.
