I would definitely recommend this clinic and go back for my additional needs
The clinic was modern and clean. I had an interpreter with me the whole time or at least someone who spoke English. The staff was very attentive to my questions, need, and concerns. The entire hotel and transport package made it very easy to cope with having a medical procedure in a foreign country. I also like that the journey did not end once I got on the plane and left. They are still checking on my progress and accessing my results via videos and photos online. I would definitely recommend this clinic and go back for my additional needs.
The staff was amazing. The clinic was very clean and modern.
About Bookimed service
I was a little confused at first because I was contacted by multiple people on WhatsApp. Would like to see a more centralized person to coordinate things. Otherwise, I am very happy with my experience.
