I recently traveled from the U.S. to Istanbul for a comprehensive medical examination at Hisar Hospital, arranged through Bookimed. The physicians and medical staff were exceptional—professional, thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. Although there were some scheduling delays and opportunities to improve efficiency, the quality of care and affordability made the experience worthwhile. I received valuable insight into my health at a fraction of what similar care would cost in the U.S. I'm grateful to Bookimed for helping coordinate my visit and to Hisar Hospital for the excellent medical care. I would absolutely recommend both to anyone considering medical tourism!

The overall efficiency could be improved, particularly with appointment scheduling, wait times between departments, and communication throughout the process. Better coordination would make the experience smoother and less time-consuming for patients.
