The choice of the clinic was intuitive and the information about the attending physician reinforced the feeling that I had made the right choice. The organisation, the pleasant interpreter, the smooth work and the process in general - everything as I like it. Everything brilliant is simple. A personal meeting with the doctor on the eve of the operation delighted me and calmed my worries, as I was promptly given my personal view of the problem. Rehabilitation is difficult, which is due to the peculiarities of my body (Dr Jem said after the operation that my teeth would hurt), but very fast, 4-5 days without bruises and swelling. I am very happy that I decided to do what I have been dreaming of for a long time. I look at myself in the mirror - here it is, the real me) Thank you very much for everything!

I can safely advise to interact with Bookimed.com and RHINOPLASTY CLINIC ISTANBUL DIRECTED BY OP. DR. CEM ALTINDAG. Had a septoplasty in Turkey (first surgery ever). Everything is quite efficient and client orientated and organised. Currently still in the process of recovery, but the effect in my case 3 weeks after the operation is there. I had a rhinoplasty in the beginning of September and couldn’t be more displeased with the result. Anyone who intends to do a rhinoplasty with Dr. Cem Altindag should be aware of the following especially if you are looking for an aesthetic rhinoplasty. There is no proper consultation before the operation. The only consultation that happened was in the hospital when I was already changed into the operation garment and was sitting on my bed. The Dr. came into the room and asked me what I wanted. Not that I think that this is a bad question though how shall I as a laymen in a few words describe the outcome I would like to have. As I read comments on other surgeons where people said that they have a Michale Jackson nose I wanted to avoid to have an outcome like that and said that I don’t want my nose to be too small, I also said that I would like if people wouldn’t immediately notice that I had a rhinoplasty, though that the overall objective is an aesthetic nose. The first two wishes might be a conflict of aims though in my opinion it is the doctor's role to then offer possibilities and show the patient what possible outcomes can look like. They should have at least shared the information upfront that no proper consultation is happening and that patients need to prepare their own material upfront. If I had known that I would have created pictures on my own. I am full of dissatisfaction with the outcome. I think that my nose looks worse than before. It is not just that I have wasted the money but also the recovery process took quite a lot of time. I find it completely irresponsible to perform a surgery without making sure that the interests of the patient have been understood. A thing that in my opinion should have been done upfront is to either have pictures or some sort of sculptures at which the possible outcome can be demonstrated. In case you decide for Dr. Cem Altindag you should know that no consultation with illustrative material is happening and that you are responsible for that yourself. I definitely do not recommend Dr. Cem Altindag and I fully regret my decision.

That was the best experience what I could imagine. The whole trip was nice organised. From the first steps till the last everything was more then good. The doctor did an extremly nice shaped nose what is perfectly fitting for my face.He was listening for all my wishes but he kept being honest and realistic with me since the first time. He literally changed my life with his work. Extra huge thanks for Mohammed who was answering my questions and helping me on the way.
