My stay at the clinic exceeded all expectations! Service at the highest level, starting from the meeting at the airport, the very convenient location of the hotel, the reception at the clinic. Despite the distance of 5 minutes walk from the clinic, a car was always provided. The staff at the clinic is very professional, attentive, polite. Special thanks to the translator Evelina, who accompanied me to the clinic, to the operation, after the operation and was always in touch.

Then she solved all the issues, transfer, hotel reservation, acquaintance with the surgeon, and so on until the flight, 24/7 she is with me either physically or on the phone. Even in rebooking a plane ticket, she helped me a lot by contacting the airport. The clinic is good, the staff is attentive, caring, there has never been a feeling of abandonment, the ward is equipped with everything necessary for recovery, the food in the clinic is light, what you need after the operation. I really liked the surgeon from the first meeting, the professional knows his business, serious and responsible, I trusted him. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me feel very comfortable in everything, for the postoperative period, the best place, calmer and safer than at home even, such a feeling arose. And yes, the food, a typical Turkish buffet breakfast, everything is very tasty and clean. The clinic is located 300 meters from the hotel, but still Elvina organized a car transfer to the clinic and back every time, I never got there on foot. Pts drivers are polite, wi-fi is available and water in the car. I have already returned to my country, but I will continue to be in touch with Elvina for further consultations and online examinations. Definitely I recommend this clinic and staff! On April 15, 2022, I underwent surgery - blepharoplasty + lipofilling in the cheek area. I am completely satisfied with how everything went and, most importantly, the result!
