The connection between Bookimed and the clinic was fairly seamless, and even the AI chat was okay. However, the system needs tightening up. Because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, Bookimed’s platform mistakenly thought I hadn't attended the clinic at all, which created some unnecessary follow-up. That was the only issue. The actual male check-up itself was handled very well by everyone involved. From the surgeon to the general staff, the service was professional and attentive, and the clinic environment was good. I only had a blood test, but I imagine the clinic would handle other procedures well.
