I am now completely confident that I can get the advice I need in my own language at any time!!!!
What I feared most was feeling lost and unheard when I decided to seek a consultation in another country. But that fear vanished as soon as I got in touch with Bookingmed, specifically with Yulia. She looked through my preliminary test results, listened to my concerns and found a suitable clinic quite quickly; then we set a date and that was it! The only inconvenience was that I live near Rome, but the appointment was in Milan – though that wasn’t a problem for me!
I was met at the clinic by an interpreter, who was also the coordinator, so I didn’t have to queue or wait around (YAY!!)
The doctor answered all my questions patiently and without rushing. Fortunately, my fears turned out to be overblown.
The entire process, from my initial enquiry right through to the appointment itself, was well organised. Everything simply worked out.
I am now completely confident that I can get the advice I need in my own language at any time!!!!

I was very impressed by everything
I was very impressed by eveything.It took us almost 6 months to find the best doctor and Hospital for my mum.The agent who helped us from bookimed was the best lots of research and we finally settelled for st Rafaella Hospital .We were not disappointed Everything was done well and perfectly and the Agent was intouch all the way through it all.I would recommend anyone to go through them.My mother got. her Treatment and we are very greatful.It was a very stressful time knowing that my mother had to go for radioiodine for her thyroid turns out she did not need that and that there was other Options available .We are thankful.

I went to the Galeazzi clinic. Milan. Italy. on my son's problem - gmgantism. Coordinators from Bookimed got involved. Had an online consultation. for which I paid 360 euros. All required documentation has been sent. references. analyses. x-rays. To determine the volume of the operation and the cost, they said that the patient needs to come to Milan. I'm from Ukraine. It's hard to describe how the journey cost me. with what difficulty. Upon arrival in Milan. we are consulted by another doctor and gives quite the opposite answer.!! Is it really impossible to agree and view all the documentation. y t. h and the video was sent!!! with immediately give a negative answer during an online consultation. why do it at all then? It's just a waste of money. not problem solving. Be careful!

Prof. Luca Aldrighetti is a pioneer in minimally invasive liver surgery and a hepatobiliary surgeon. He leads the Hepatobiliary and General Surgery Division at San Raffaele Research Hospital. He has successfully performed over 3,000 liver resections throughout his career.
Specialization and Surgical Focus
Prof. Aldrighetti treats primary liver cancers and complex metastatic diseases. He specializes in surgical oncology for colorectal liver metastases and hepatocellular carcinoma. The specialist also treats perihilar and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
