I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care
My arrival at Istanbul airport was smooth and efficient. I was met and transported to my hotel. My hotel was lovely. Transportation from hotel to hospitals on time and efficient. I met my advocate at international patient area, she had everything under control, all tests lined up and doctor appointments were fabulous. My advocate translated to my language at every appointment. I’m very happy with the service and I felt very “looked after”. My outcome is excellent and I’m so very glad I had the best doctor and best care.

The quality of the hospital service is second to none, with well-organised, highly competent services that are always available to patients. Whether it's the doctors, nurses or reception staff, many other hospitals should take inspiration from the Turkish hospital model. The hospitals are like luxury hotels, you feel good, you are looked after and followed throughout your stay. Finally, the money I spent there was really justified. I am grateful to our translator Irina, who arranged an additional consultation with an ophthalmologist, and we received another opinion regarding my sister's vision. There is now hope that it will be possible to help her in the future. I hope that there will be new discoveries in the field of ophthalmology.
My sister had consultations with a maxillofacial surgeon and an ophthalmologist, and underwent examinations. We need time to monitor her condition and changes in her vision in order to choose the best option for her situation.
