My main takeaway is that a more educated and understanding doctor would have been better. This became clear during my consultation, where I felt the endocrinologist’s approach was superficial and did not fully address my specific medical concerns. I was left with more questions than answers. It was frustrating. In contrast, the one consistently positive aspect was my Bookimed coordinator, who stayed in touch throughout the process, providing a reliable point of contact. The clinic itself was acceptable and the support staff were professional enough. However, the core purpose of my trip—the expert medical consultation—fell short of what I would consider a satisfactory standard for a well-researched medical journey.

The entire process was handled with solid competence. My consultation with the neurologist was managed well, and I am now in early recovery. The doctor was capable, the staff were professional, and the clinic itself was adequate for my needs. While there's always some room for minor improvements, the overall journey was positive and without any significant issues, which is reflected in my 4/5 ratings across the board for the care I received and the facility. It was a good experience.

The doctor was competent and professional, and the team at Bookimed were trustworthy and helpful throughout the entire journey. The clinic staff were also very supportive. No surgery recommend. It was the right decision for me.
