The hospital itself was very modern and clean; the doctors, staff, and translator were excellent. My surgery on both eyes went without a hitch. It was very quick and painless. However, Bookimed could have been clearer on the pricing. I was quoted one price but was charged about 40% more, even after I asked the coordinator to confirm the quote was the all-in total. While there were no additional expenses from the clinic and the aftercare guide is excellent, this part was not professional. My advice for future patients is to confirm if the price you are quoted is the real price you will pay.
