I was escorted from the hotel to the clinic where I met my interpreter Ismail, he was a very kind and respectful person who accompanied me throughout the day in the hospital and gave me all the details and also communicated between me and all the doctors. The doctors explained in detail all the stages of the operation, answered all my questions and supported me morally. I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I am extremely pleased with the health service and professionalism of all doctors, nurses and staff. The hospital was very clean and it all felt like a 5 star experience. Our translator, ismail made everything go smoothly, he was there every step of the way and gave great care and honestly towards my procedure. My recovery has been speedy and painless and it’s all thanks to my doctor, Dr Murat Yaman, and all nurses and doctors on his team!
