Alexander Zavoloka

Alexander Zavoloka is a plastic surgeon and oncologist who has performed 8,000 successful operations. He is the head of the Patlazhan Clinic and the Patlazhan School of Plastic Surgery. Zavoloka co-founded the Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons of Ukraine.

Specialization and Surgical Expertise

Zavoloka specializes in all areas of plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery. He focuses on complex breast surgery, rhinoplasty, and facial rejuvenation. The doctor also treats oncological conditions, including breast cancer, sarcoma, and glioma — a type of tumor that occurs in the brain and spinal cord. He performs procedures such as lumpectomy, mastectomy, and melanoma surgery.

Inventions and Academic Contributions

Zavoloka holds seven patents for techniques in rhinoplasty, mammoplasty, and lipofilling. He defended a medical thesis on treating complications from polyacrylamide gel breast injections. This condition is known as polyacrylamide mammary syndrome. The specialist publishes his findings in scientific journals and holds the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.
