He has been in this position since 2006 and has written over 70 studies on allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, acute leukemia, and multiple myeloma. He has a degree in general medicine from the University of Milan and specialties in internal medicine and haematology and is a member of The European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation and The Italian Group for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cell Therapies.
Dr. Andrés J.M. Ferreri is a medical oncologist with over 300 scientific papers published related to lymphoma treatment. He is a Deputy Director at the Hematology Oncology Department and Director of the Lymphoma Unit at the San Raffaele Scientific Institute, as well as Founder of the Italian Lymphoma Foundation. He is a member of various prestigious medical organizations and a Contract Professor of Oncology at the Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.
