Op. Dr. Kemal Paksoy was born in Trabzon in 1982. In 2007, he graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. In 2014, he completed his specialty training at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery. Between 2014-2018, he worked at Rize Kaçkar State Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic. Between 2018 and 2024, he worked at Memorial Hospitals Group Spine Center. Op. Dr. K. Ali Rahimi was born in Urumiyeh on 01.01.1961. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. Then he completed his specialization at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of ENT in 1997. He worked as an ENT Specialist at Erdem Hospital, Kadıoğlu Hospital, Çamlıca Medicana Hospital, Huzur Hospital and Atlas Hospital. He served as Chief Physician in all hospitals except Erdem Hospital. During his tenure, he worked on Septo Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, FESS (Sinusitis Surgeries), Adenoid Surgeries, Tonsil Surgeries, Snoring Surgeries, Hoarseness Surgeries, Hearing Loss, Tinnitus, Head and Neck Tumors. Today, he worked as an Otorhinolaryngologist at NPIstanbul Brain Hospital.

Dr. Mustafa Yavuz Samanci is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital in Istanbul. He has specialized training in stereotactic, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Samanci completed a clinical fellowship in Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. He has also finished advanced programs in spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. He received several TÜBİTAK postdoctoral research fellowships and the Prof. Dr. Hakan Caner Overseas Education Scholarship from the Turkish Neurosurgical Society.

Dr. Samanci is an active member of several national and international neurosurgical societies. These include the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, and the European Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. He has served on editorial boards and scientific committees. His work reflects significant contributions to academic neurosurgery and research.

She was born in Istanbul in 1986. He graduated from Üsküdar American High School in 2004. In 2010, she graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and received the title of doctor of medicine. In 2011, he started his specialty training at Istanbul Medical Faculty, Department of Mental Health and Diseases and became a psychiatry specialist in 2016. He fulfilled his state service obligation at Diyarbakır Bismil State Hospital. In 2020, he started his doctoral studies on the epidemiology of psychosis at Maastricht University School of Mental Health and Neuroscience in the Netherlands and is still continuing. In 2021, she started working as a psychiatry specialist at NPISTANBUL AMATEM department. In 2023, she was awarded the title of associate professor in psychiatry. Dr. Ceylan Ergül continues to work as an associate professor at Üsküdar University Department of Mental Health and Diseases and continues her research in the fields of addiction and psychosis.

She graduated from Ankara Başkent High School in 1992 and Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. She completed her specialty training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and became a psychiatry specialist in 2005.

She has received Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Group Supervision training; Level I and II Family Therapies Training; Cognitive Psychotherapy Training; Family and Relationship Therapies Training and has articles published in local and foreign journals. Her field of interest is family and relationship therapies.

Born in 1976 in Dashoguz, Turkmenistan,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov graduated from Trabzon Kanuni Anatolian High School in 1996 and Karadeniz Technical University in 2002. In the same year, he started working as a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and became a Psychiatry Specialist in 2009. After becoming a specialist, he worked at NPISTANBUL hospital until 2015 and during this time he took an active role in the establishment of Turkey's first private Addiction Treatment Center. Between 2015 and 2023, he held various positions in Acıbadem Health Group and received the title of Associate Professor in Psychiatry in 2019.

Since the most important factor in his choice of psychiatry is his interest in addiction and related problems, he has done a significant part of his scientific research in this field since the first days he started working as a research assistant. At the same time,  Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who has completed many trainings in this field in Turkey and abroad, has been an observer in psychiatry and addiction rehabilitation centers in many countries including the United States of America, the Netherlands and the Russian Federation.

Prof. Dr. Serdar Nurmedov, who did his specialty thesis on "Alcohol Addiction and Cognitive Functions", has nearly 50 scientific articles published in national and international journals, presentations in national and international congresses, awards, books and book chapters. His publications have received more than 1000 citations to date.

Currently,  Prof. Serdar Nurmedov, who continues to work as a lecturer at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, continues his research in the fields of General Psychiatry, Addiction, Neuroscience and Psychotherapy.

In 2020, he became a specialist in Brain and Nerve Surgery from Health Sciences University Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital (Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital). Dr. Dicle Hazirolan is an Ophthalmology Specialist at Memorial Ataşehir Hospital, Istanbul (2024–). Former Professor of Ophthalmology and Training Supervisor at the University of Health Sciences’ Ankara and Haydarpaşa Numune Training & Research Hospitals (2014–2024).

Focus areas: medical retina and uvea. Observer Physician at Charité, Berlin, Retina & Uvea Unit (2011–2013).

Publications include a 2024 book chapter on congenital conjunctival anomalies. Also a peer-reviewed study on PRN anti-VEGF in pachychoroid neovasculopathy vs AMD (Int Ophthalmol, 2024). Presentations at Euretina 2018 and the Turkish Ophthalmology Society 2022. Active member of the Turkish Ophthalmology Society (Medical Retina; Uvea & Behçet) and the Ophthalmology Society of Turkic Republics. MD from Hacettepe University. Dr. Haluk Cokugras is a pediatric specialist at Memorial Göztepe Hospital (2025–present). He previously served in the Department of Pediatrics at Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (1983–2024).

He earned his MD from Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (1975–1981). He later completed specialization in pediatrics (1988), pediatric allergy (1998–2001), and pediatric infectious diseases (2004).

Professional memberships: Turkish Pediatric Association; Pediatric Allergy, Immunology and Asthma Association; Pediatric Infectious Diseases Association; Balkan Pediatric Society; European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He has attended Turkish Pediatrics, Pediatric Allergy, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and Pediatric Pulmonology congresses.
