Dr. Fatima Bayramova completed a Bachelor’s degree at the Azerbaijan Medical Faculty in 2014. She completed residency training at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2020 and at Istanbul University in 2025. Dr. Orhan Shencan is a medical oncology specialist. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1988. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Ankara Training Hospital between 1990 and 1994. He finished his Medical Oncology training at Ankara University between 1997 and 1999. He became an Associate Professor in Medical Oncology in 2009.
