Prof. M.D. Yusuf Serdar Sakin was born in Nevşehir in 1978. After completing his primary and secondary education in Ankara, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 2002.
Following his graduation, he served in Gole/Ardahan for two years. He started his internal medicine training at the Department of Internal Medicine, Gülhane Faculty of Medicine.
After completing his training, he worked as an internal medicine specialist in Ankara. A year later, he began additional training in the Department of Gastroenterology at Gülhane Faculty of Medicine and completed his training in 2014.
After graduation, Yusuf Serdar Sakin continued to work in the same department. He also received advanced endoscopy and Motility training at AMC Center in the Netherlands in 2017.
After obtaining the title of Associate Professor in 2017, he became a Professor in 2023.
He currently provides medical services to patients at Koru Ankara Hospital. His areas of medical interest include:

Dr. Mouhamed Mounier Alwaw is a Medical Gastroenterologist with 12+ years of experience, specializing in the treatment of biliary and pancreatic tract illnesses, early detection of colon cancer, internal bleeding haemostasis, and treatment of obesity by gastric balloon. He has MBBS, MD and Post Graduation qualifications from Syria and Paris, and is well-versed in Arabic, French and English. He has extensive international publications, essays and presentations, as well as various research programs concerning decreasing post ERCP complications and celiac disease and colon cancer.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Ertugrul is a gastroenterologist specializing in ERCP, liver transplant, gastroscopy, endoscopic surgeries, liver biopsy, liver diseases, bile duct diseases, and reflux. He is a graduate of Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, and has a specialization in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the Turkish Gastroenterology Association, Turkish Liver Research Association, and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Association.

Dr. Palep is a highly experienced bariatric surgeon with 17 years of experience in upper GI and weight loss surgeries. He is well trained in the latest techniques, such as Robotic GI Surgery, Banded Bypass, Banded Sleeve Gastrectomy and Mini Gastric Bypass, and has published multiple peer-reviewed articles in international journals. He is certified as a center of excellence by the IEF for providing comprehensive and high quality care, and is invited across the country and abroad to give talks in his fields of interest.
