We will be going back for other treatment and truly can’t recommend them enough

Sitting in the clinic in Antalya, the surgeon explained how the laser-assisted technique for my upper eyelids would function during the procedure. The whole service was smooth and we had a fantastic time throughout our stay. The aftercare was good. I was thrilled with how my eyes looked at 12 days, although at day 15 my biggest challenge is that they are still puffy. My eyes look natural and smooth when I smile. It is a process. We will be going back for other treatment and truly can’t recommend them enough. If you are considering eyelid surgery, ensure you have a few weeks to let the initial swelling settle.

Totally made me feel at ease and comfortable in what I would only describe as an anxious situation especially with the language barrier and the unknown of where you are going. The surgeon himself was wonderful and even had a coffee with me before hand which made me feel completely at ease. Bookimed transferred my info over to Soraca Medical to take over. I was abit confused by this at the time as was having both of them msg me. I wish Bookimed had explained they were handing over as that may of Made me feel less anxious as wasn’t sure who I was meant to be dealing with.

I give the highest mark to all these people and services

I would like to tell you about my case from the very beginning. A few years ago I approached the coordinator Stanislav about a hair transplant. He told me everything in general terms, what I was interested in, and made me interested in the proposal. I also explained that my work directly depends on my physical condition and I do not have a long break between contracts (my position is an aerial gymnast) and somehow this idea was put aside for 2 years and quite by chance we once again broached the subject of hair and literally in 3 days Stanislav was able to organise a clinic, a doctor, an interpreter, a hotel, and I was required to get tickets. Everything was organised as I said earlier in 3 days and that was it I am already in the hotel with transplanted hair and waiting for the result) if I evaluate all aspects of the service, clinic, doctors and hotel, I give the highest mark to all these people and services. Huge thanks to Stanislav, who helped me to agree even on the financial side, making it more favourable.

the care provided by the surgeon and all the staff was impeccable

If you’re thinking about arm liposuction, I’d advise you to prepare for the recovery. My surgeon used the VASER ultrasound technique and, although it’s still early days, my compression sleeves are already too loose. My mobility is limited; my biggest difficulty right now is reaching for things above my head. It’s also important to be patient with the results, because when I look in the mirror today, I can see that one arm looks different from the other, and I’m confident that will even out over time. Despite these minor aspects of the process, the care provided by the surgeon and all the staff was impeccable. I would recommend the clinic.

I had a good experience at the clinic. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the whole process, and I felt looked after from the moment I arrived. Recovery isn’t easy because it’s major surgery, but overall everything was well organised and I received good care. I also appreciate the follow-up and support during the first few days after the operation. I’m still recovering, but so far I’m happy with the experience and how my body is healing. 😊

The surgeon and staff were brilliant and supportive throughout

My biggest worry was ending up with an unnatural shape, but the surgeon’s approach and clear communication completely put me at ease. Right now, things still look a little patchy as about half the transplanted hairs have fallen out, which I was told to expect during this early stage of healing. It’s a process. The biggest challenge has honestly been a personal one: just remembering to avoid touching them! The surgeon and staff were brilliant and supportive throughout. While the clinic facilities were fine, the personal care from the team made all the difference. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

The staff were very welcoming and the doctor was also very nice when it comes about my eyebrow transplant procedure it all went great I'm satisfied with the results.
