The package includes shoulder replacement surgery at Acıbadem Taksim Hospital, a premium hospital in Istanbul, general anaesthesia, surgical fees, a shoulder implant supplied by Next Shoulder Solutions, the planned hospital stay, and standard postoperative care. The first consultation at the clinic is complimentary.
The choice between anatomic and reverse shoulder replacement, implant selection, length of hospital stay, recommended time in Istanbul, and rehabilitation plan are confirmed after clinical assessment and review of the patient’s imaging.
For patients with marked deformity, 3D surgical planning and patient-specific surgical guides (PSI) may be considered to improve implant positioning accuracy and support a successful reconstruction. This option carries an additional cost, quoted separately after assessment.
Complimentary complication insurance valued at €150, with limited tourist health-related benefits, is included. Follow-up visits after hospital discharge are free until departure from Istanbul. For patients with restricted mobility staying at an eligible hotel near the clinic, follow-up visits at the hotel are also complimentary.
Accommodation and transport are not included but can be arranged with transparent pricing. A video consultation is available at a 20% discount: €176 instead of €220.
