I really liked the clinic. Logistics. Transfer. The doctors are competent. Competent. The equipment in the clinic is new and excellent. But the translators were very upset, it spoiled my impression of the clinic. This made me very sad! The quality of the translation was incompetent, poor, slow, disorganized, very often different information, they did not answer my questions and I had to ask the same question 5 times to get an answer or an appointment with the doctor. They made mistakes regarding the diagnosis. It is unacceptable . I advise you to pay attention to translators and pay attention to the quality of their work! This spoils the reputation of the clinic!

I would like to share my experience in the clinic. The most important thing about the operation, I had a huge hernia and before the operation I was warned about the possible difficulties of removal by the endoscopic method, but the doctor advised me to start with it. A very good doctor - Stanislaw Kwiek, has over 16 years of experience in minimally invasive surgery. The operation was successful. The rehabilitologist is a good woman, she told and showed the exercises and a rough rehabilitation plan. Most of all I didn't like the managers. Before the operation, they assured that it was enough for them to show the tickets, that I was flying to them, and you could pay on the spot. As soon as I showed the tickets, they told me that now I need to pay 20% in advance ... Also, the entire price list was thrown off to me only after I threw off the tickets to them. Part of the expenses was covered by the insurance and the clinic had to return the difference. If before the operation they picked up the phone immediately, then after that I could not get through. The money was returned after 2 weeks, but not the entire amount, I did not understand why, as I think it is useless. In general, if you forget about those who make money and talk only about the honey side, then everything is fine. Good doctor.

I can not say enough as to how good Dr Kamran Aghayev and him team are. Dr Kamran is so skilled and professional as well as so approachable. His staff made the entire experience so smooth and trouble free, they will make sure you don’t worry for anything. The hospital is very good and the nurses are great, friendly, considerate and professional. If you find yourself in need of Dr Kamran Aghayev’s skills I would recommend him without reservation.

The fact you can get a consultation quickly and professionally is amazing

Had an online consultation with Dr. Oliver on November 16. I am satisfied with the result, everything is clear and understandable with a guaranteed result and the rehabilitation time is calculated by the day !!!!!

I was very satisfied with the overall service. The medical team was top. Everything clear, the medical was fluent in English which made our understanding of the problem much better. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely satisfied with Bookimed services. Both Angelina and Daria were very helpful, eager to assist. I did a similar operation 20 years ago in Germany - now it’s definitely better, now the postoperative period has been reduced to a day and it is less painful. The hospital is good, double ward and the conditions are comfortable. There is a shower in the room, it’s convenient. We spoke with Ralph Bull, a doctor before the operation. After the first consultation, there remained uncertainty whether to do the operation or not. In this regard, doctors are careful and if there is a risk of surgery with complications, they can offer injections and physiotherapy, which is cheaper and safer. Nevertheless, in my case, the doctor once again reviewed the MRI and decided to do the operation. Adequate treatment, do not inject too much, gave pain medication. In general, everything is fine, the postoperative period is small and everything is good so far. We definitely would not have such a result.

I am an international patient of the Carolina hospital, travelling from Ireland. From the very first point of contact by email, all the way through to medical treatment I have had a wonderful experience. I was offered travel and accommodation arrangements by email long before I had arrived. Special mention in this regard would have to go to Dr Lesya Turuk. She contacted me several times to get all of the arrangements in place before I initially arrived. Her dedication and professionalism really accentuated the whole process. Without Dr Turuk's involvement I may not even have bothered travelling abroad for surgery. Dr Turuk is a credit to the hospital. The administration staff were very helpful, patient and courteous. The hospital diagnostic scans MRI, CT Scans, etc. were very detailed. They took on average 3 times longer for an MRI, but the detail of the picture is much greater as a result. The Radiography staff were both reassuring and courteous. I also met 2 Doctors while there, one a Neurosurgeon and the second an Orthopedic hip surgeon. As this situation is still ongoing I will update my review going forward. Needless to say they were both highly accomplished, professional and excellent Doctors.
