Even though Bookimed staff was really helpful
Even though Bookimed staff was really helpful, the Carolina hospital in Poland I chose was quite disappointing. They were an hour late for their consultation. Even after the hospital said I couldn’t get a quote until I pay for consultation. After I did, they were an hour late for it. There was no one to contact to ask if the appointment was still on or cancelled and they didn’t reach out to me until after 1hr asking if I was ready for my consultation. No single apology for running behind schedule. Told them they were late and I had another appointment to catch up with, suddenly they offered to review my results offline and give me a quote since I can’t attend the consultation as if it was my fault I couldn’t attend it. I thought they couldn’t give a quote until they have a consultation. I was pissed with the unprofessionalism of the doctor/his secretary

I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man
I am very grateful to the coordenator Sergey for his competence, his ability to find a convenient time for me, the doctor, without him I would not have been able to do all the procedures, he just guided me on the phone, I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man, he also chose a competent doctor for me, I have not finished the treatment and I want to add that the treatment was cheaper than planned, no unnecessary procedures were not prescribed. Thank you to carolina clinic and special thanks to sergey for organising!!!!!.

After the appointment, I had only positive impressions
I want to express my gratitude to Bookimed, the consultant for helping me find a clinic. In my case, it was orthopedics. I was advised to go to the Carolina Hospital in Warsaw.
Since I don't know the language very well, especially medical terms, I was provided with an interpreter. Many thanks to the interpreter Svetlana, with her help I was able to communicate with the doctor Andrzej Komor.
The doctor is very attentive and professional, he listened and asked about everything related to my health problem, asked a lot of questions about previous treatment. He gave valuable recommendations for the future. After the appointment, I had only positive impressions. I am very grateful for the care and individual approach to the patient!!!
It was just a consultation, I still have to have an operation in this clinic. I hope everything will be fine!

Everything was top notch. Friendly staff at the reception. There was a language barrier, but a Russian-speaking girl quickly came up. They took me to the doctor. At the Carolina Medical Center I am the head of the Department of Orthopedics, Traumatology and Sports Medicine. In addition, I worked at the Sports Medicine Department of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Rheumorticology Clinic of the Institute of Rheumatology and the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration. I held the position of orthopedic consultant for the Legia football club, a doctor of the Polish Swimming Association and a doctor for the youth team of the Polish Basketball Association.
I specialize in meniscus transplantation, cartilage reconstruction, multi-ligament reconstruction and osteotomies within the knee joints, shoulder arthroscopy and the treatment of soft tissues, tendons and ligaments. I deal with traumatology and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. As one of the few orthopedists in Poland, I perform hip arthroscopy.
