I was delighted to be able to do a comprehensive consultation with the team at Clinicas White in Bogota, Columbia via an online session/discussion. Dr. Fran, Administrator took my sister and I through the entire process of their services and products offerings, medical review, our dental issues, cost, etc. Approximately one year later with Dr. Fran's ongoing easy accessibility to answer any questions and ensure we kept focus on the goal to start and complete this process of extensive dental work, my sister and I, along with other relatives travelled to Bogota, Columbia to start the work that included: implants, root canals, fillings, teeth whitening, etc. We were welcomed by a team of friendly, supportive, highly professional and efficient staff from the pick up at the airport, the dentists, specialists, etc. at the office. Though from an English speaking country, The Bahamas, communication with the team who primarily spoke spanish was seamless and effectively facilitated via digital/online platforms that translated English to Spanish and vice versa; and of course some team members spoke english. We were referred to Clinicas White by other Bahamians who were pleased with the service for several reasons that included the excellent dental work, aesthetics and cost effectiveness. Today, we are pleased, we made the trip, therefore will recommend others to this esteemed entity, which offers a myriad of dental services, professionalism and an overall splendiferous customer experience.
