I recommend this place 100% If you are terrified of the dentist you won’t find a better place to take care of your teeth. It took me almost a year to find someone who will put me under anesthesia and do all of the dental work needed. Dr Marcin Janowicz and his wonderful team not only made sure I feel comfortable but did an excellent job on fixing all of the issues. Both me and my husband had everything done within two days and I couldn’t be happier. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t find them sooner.

I would like to warn all foreign patients that this clinic inflates prices based on where you are from. I am a former patient and was quoted 8,125 PLN for my procedure which was comparable to other clinics. Once my treatment was in progress the price was changed to 13,714 PLN. I did not have any complications. This was a root canal and an implant. When I was asked why the price has changed I was told that the cause of the increase was inflation. I feel that I was taken advantage of since right before my final visit I was pretty much forced to sign a consent for treatment with a different price than what I originally agreed to. I also submitted a formal request for medical records couple months ago and never received them. I would not recommend this place.

Don't recommend. If there is a word to describe this facility is: incompetent I arrived the first day because I had a pain in a teeth I just get filled. The doctor looked at it and said he would need to X-Ray pictures to confirm if there is something wrong and I must pay for one of those since it was not included in my medical package. After getting the first one the doctor came in to the X-Ray room and said he can start proceeding with the first one and then doing the second one (even I already paid). He looked at it and said it was nothing wrong. I came out for the second X-Ray and after doing it he mentioned there is no time that day to check and I should go any other day to any other Luxmed to check the results. So I paid it and done it that day for nothing. I came back to another facility and they told me they cannot see the X-Ray file and I should go back to the first facility. I got an appointment but a few hours before they cancelled it and gave me another one for just a few mins after the call. When I arrived they didn't have the file either and took more than ONE HOUR to find it because they didn't want to do another one. So I lost many hours from my work and life and no one cares about it. Either in reception they confused many times when I was asking for a letter of complain. Also, the last doctor told me that actually I had something wrong with the theeth, even the first one said it was ok. In conclusion I am not going back to this center. And if Luxmed doesn't refund the money as compensation I will cancel my membership at this facility. There are better dentists out there.

I travelled from the UK for root canal treatment, as my English dentist charged me £109.50 to tell me they wanted £2280 to do a second root canal treatment on two roots and fit a crown (and was vague about whether this would be effective as the x-ray wasn't clear) or £276 to extract the tooth. I am completely delighted with the treatment, which came to £1,050 for x-rays, a 3D tooth scan, a second root canal treatment on two roots, a root canal treatment on a third root that had been missed in the UK, and for the crown. The only element of the treatment that was more expensive than it would have been in the UK was the x-ray and 3D tooth scan, and it is particularly fortunate they they do better x-rays and 3D tooth scans were available as it was these that showed that there was an extra root that had been missed with the root canal was first done, and that the proposed UK treatment would have been to no benefit at all. While the UK dentist got much more expensive since leaving the NHS, their facilities and equipment were exactly the same as they always were. As well as better x-ray equipment Dentestetica had things like magic tooth scanner that meant that there was no retching while trays of clay were held in your mouth to take models, and that meant that the crown was an absolutely perfect fit first time with no adjustment at all. Going to almost the furthest corner of Poland for dental treatment seems absolutely mental (all the more so as I went past my UK dentist at 0315am on the way to the airport!) and I was nervous about doing it. I am absolutely glad I did. Krakow is also a lovely city, so apart from an afternoon and part of a morning in the dentist, I also had a good short break!
