My experience with Dr. David has been truly wonderful. I had multiple procedures done: blepharoplasty, lip lift, mid-face lift, chin augmentation, etc. My face is the most important thing to me, and you need to be 100% sure you're in good hands. Traveling from another country for a medical procedure always generates some uncertainty and many questions: Am I making the right decision? Am I in good hands? Especially being so far from home. I usually come to Medellín for my medical procedures, and I had a bad experience at that clinic. The customer service is terrible, and they made me waste my time, so I contacted another doctor. I do not recommend this place.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless I have a really bad experience, but this booking process was disappointing. On 1/27, I tried to book a consultation and the assistant seemed aloof and uninterested, like she didn’t really care whether the appointment was booked or not. On 1/28, I messaged again via WhatsApp, sent a link to the procedure I was interested in, and attempted to schedule a consultation. Around 2 PM, she tried to fit me in at 5:30 PM the same day, then suggested 5:30 PM the following day. I declined both because I didn’t want to deal with traffic. For context, this is a paid consultation, which I have no issue with. She then offered an appointment on February 2nd, which I accepted. After confirming, she told me I needed to transfer money immediately to hold the appointment. Interestingly, no money transfer was required for the same-day or next-day appointments she previously offered. The entire experience felt unprofessional and inconsistent. On top of that, she was rude on the phone, which unfortunately sets the tone for the doctor as well. Overall, the process felt off, and I hope this helps others know what to expect. They should really do better.
