Initial consultation:
Agent was very friendly and attentive when I first inquired about my surgery.
Hospital:
The day of my operation, I was given a room without any air conditioning. When I addressed this with the Coordinator and hospital staff, I was supplied a portable aircon unit . The unit was small and did nothing to cool the room I was staying in. The night after my surgery my temperature and blood pressure went up , the surgeon asked me how I was feeling and I once again addressed the lack of air conditioning. I was finally moved to an air conditioned room which made the rest of my hospital stay comfortable.
After surgery/recovery:
I wasn’t given much information after my surgery and returning to the hotel. I think it would be appropriate to supply an information kit based on your surgery and what to do to help your recovery, including the heeling process and what to look out for should the recovery not be going to plan. A simple FAQ’s sheet would be very beneficial to assist with patient recovery.
Follow Ups:
The only time I heard from my surgery coordinator was when I was scheduled for an appointment to see the surgeon and have my bandages changed, these appointments I’d be informed of the evening before. I asked twice if I could have a schedule of my appointments and what time (so I could organise other things) but I was never given one. Again a simple recovery/appointment schedule would be beneficial to patients.
Hotel:
Hotel was excellent, very clean with everything you need for a comfortable recovery. The hotel also hosts other patients so you don’t feel uncomfortable covered in bandages.
Summary:
I’m currently in week three of my recovery and so far am happy with the results, the surgeon was great. The hospital shouldn’t use rooms without aircon and better communication would make a great difference to the experience. In a foreign country you want to feel welcome and relaxed however allot of times I felt like a number on a production line and not a person.

The entire process has been so positive
The entire process has been so positive. I had a tummy tuck, breast procedure, and liposuction on two areas. The clinic staff has been great about staying in touch and are always easy to reach, which is reassuring. There were no surprise costs; the only extra was for optional lymph massages, which was explained from the beginning. My advice is to really research the recovery period. Make sure you bring larger clothes than you think you’ll need and be prepared for drains.
Fantastic results, Dr. Ali Sadioglu very thorough, coordinators easy to contact at any hour, always someone present who can speak English, great nursing care, hotel was nice and clean, food was good, everything was arranged for me, very smooth process. I had my own English speaking nurse on my first night post op.

I can confidently say that I am satisfied with everything. Starting from the welcome at the airport, the hotel, the attention and care of the staff, thanks to Elif, Elita, Defne, all of them were eager to help me and make my stay at the clinic as comfortable as possible, I would also like to mention the professionalism of Dr Safa, who listened to all my wishes, to whom I could trust and got the best result, he did better than I expected! I was helped even when I forgot my passport at the hotel on the way to the airport...the whole team reacted and was able to help me! I am very grateful and had my first best experience with my mamoplasty at this clinic, thank you!

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was extremely negative.
The initial consultation lasted no more than 20 minutes; everything was rushed and felt pressured. There were many strangers in the room, and there was no sense of privacy. The main focus was not on explaining the procedure, but on urgently signing documents and paying the full amount.
The prices turned out to be significantly higher than advertised. For example, the cost of a Doppler (ultrasound) scan of the lower limbs was not initially disclosed, and it later transpired that they charged around €500 for it, although such a procedure usually costs a fraction of that. When asked about this price, the response was along the lines of ‘we are a premium clinic’, without any specific justification.
The conditions at the clinic do not match the advertised standard: the ward was dirty, and there had been virtually no cleaning for two days. The staff speak neither German nor English, which makes communication very difficult.
I had to wait up to 30 minutes for pain relief.
The documents I signed were only issued to me a month and a half later and after numerous reminders.
I would like to make a special mention of the coordinator (Elif): replies were delayed by anywhere from a few days to several weeks, or did not arrive at all. After complications arose, I was left without support or a solution to the problem.
Overall, it feels as though everything at the clinic is run on an assembly-line basis, with little regard for the patient.
I categorically do not recommend either the clinic or the doctor.
