My experience with Dr. Camacho began in 2021, when I had just turned 23 and already suffered from very severe alopecia for my age. I came recommended by a relative who had had surgery with him, so I decided to give him the chance because I liked his work. The first procedure was a success: I enjoyed an incredible quality of life and self-esteem. However, as the doctor warned me, the hair that wasn’t implanted (as was to be expected) began to fall out because of my genetics. And today, five years later, I went back to operate with him two days ago, because I believe that no one could operate with as much care, professionalism, and talent as he and his team of doctors do. We even liked his work so much that my father had surgery with him the very next day. I invite everyone who knows me and even those who don’t—if you suffer from alopecia and it has been as torturous for your life as it has been for mine—please give yourself the opportunity and the gift of getting to know and having surgery with Dr. Camacho and his team. Listen to his advice and take a look at his track record—you only need to talk to him for 5 minutes to see what a great professional he is. Before my hair surgery, I looked into different options and HairDoctors not only offered better results, but they also use the best implantation technique. I came from Bucaramanga, Santander with many questions and fears, which were completely resolved during an in-person consultation with the professional staff. They treated me with a lot of warmth and professionalism, explained everything to me, reviewed my case, and we scheduled the day of the surgery.

When I arrived for my procedure, I found the same humanized approach to care: good treatment, and they never leave you alone. Then I went into surgery, and the first thing they did was design the implant with my consent and their advice. During the procedure, they ask you all the time how you’re feeling, whether you feel any pain, and they help you stay comfortable… so much so that in the end, once you overcome the fear, you end up falling asleep.

I finished the surgery, they gave me the medications, an printed list of recommendations, and scheduled my first wash appointment for two days later. The next day, the professional messaged me to ask how everything was going.

In conclusion, I feel grateful to HairDoctors, to their care staff and specialist doctors who were part of the process. May God and the Virgin bless them always. A hug, and highly recommended!!!

I had a hair transplant here in 2021, and it remains one of the best decisions I have ever made. Before the surgery, I spent a lot of time researching the procedure, the clinic, and what I should realistically expect from the results. That preparation made the whole experience feel calm and well informed.

The staff, particularly Johnny, Isaac, Abraham and Dr Camacho himself, were consistently kind, responsive, and supportive before, during, and after the surgery. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt looked after rather than rushed or pressured.

I am still in contact with the clinic today, as I continue to purchase minoxidil from them, which says a lot about the ongoing relationship and aftercare. I am genuinely very happy with my results. It is important to be patient, as full results from a transplant can take 12 to 18 months to fully show, but the wait was absolutely worth it.

I would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone considering a transplant, especially those who value honest guidance, good communication, and proper aftercare. If in the future I ever wanted a second surgery I wouldn't look anywhere else.
