I stayed here a total of 5 nights after a elective surgery. From the moment that I walked I felt very at ease and comfortable. The hospital is kept very clean and is well maintained. The food was good considering that's its hospital food. My room room #307 was beautiful. But of course the care was the best. All the the went up and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for my stay. They had a nice loving touch. A special thanks to Nurse Cindy, Dr Mayo Manzo and Vanessa.

Considering that it is a private hospital, I would not recommend it at all. During more than 24 hrs, my husband did not receive any glass of water (only the juices brought with the food). The services are slow and poorly, you have to call a nurse 5 times to come once. We asked for water and they charged us a bottle almost triple de price. Even though we came with a private insurance, our agent was with us and try his best to expedite the exit from the hospital, we had to pass another extra night in the hospital, because of the formalities between the insurance company and the hospital. In that extra night, they didn’t bring even water, they did not come even once to check on my husband.
One week later same story, the intervention ended at 1:15 PM and at 5 PM (with all the documents provided by us in advance and forcing the employees every now and then to move) still nothing resolved. It’s incredible how no one knows anything, how they play with your time and money.
Most of the employees are nice and answering all the questions, but no one able to get the things done. You hear everyone telling you “be patient “. I do not recommend this hospital at all.
Also, if you park your car and they delay your formalities, you cannot take your car after 8 PM. Which is a stupid thing. I come in car and leave by taxi because they do not allow me to leave with my own car.
I understand there is Covid and the situation might be different, but still. Their speed of NOT resolving anything is incredible.
I do not recommend at all!

Like others, I was charged a 3% credit card commission upon check-in, which cost me $1200 pesos ($60US). Upon discharge, my final invoice was not ready, and I was promised one would be e-mailed to me the next day. That was six weeks ago. Not a single response to numerous calls and e-mails. Of course I can't submit an insurance claim without an invoice. I can't believe a hospital functions in such an unprofessional manner. I must say that the care I received from the support staff was excellent. Too bad they work for a terrible organization.
