Transplantation Center

IKEM Center for Transplant specializes in transplantation of kidney and liver. It is the only center in the Czech Republic where liver transplant is performed even for the infants. Specialists of the Center performed here the first multivessel transplantation (of 5 organs) in 2014.

Cardiology Center

IKEM Cardiology Center is one of the largest and oldest cardiac centers in the Czech Republic. Doctors treat cardiac, cardiovascular disorders diagnosed in adults and children. Cardiology Center consists of 4 specialized departments.

Diabetology Center

It is a leading Center in the Czech Republic specialized in the metabolic and nutrition disorders. Doctors accept even advanced patients.

I was hospitalized here for a few days for an angioplasty. The staff were truly amazing, supportive, and caring, with special thanks to nurse Ms. Sulíková. Dr. Tošenovský, who performed the surgery, showed both empathy and professionalism.

The best hospital in czech, Its kind of specific. I never heard about ikem before, but Its so cool. I love the islets projects, keep in mind to support it in the future.

I had a gastroscopy in this clinic and it was perfect. I didn’t even feel any discomfort, everything was done accurately, professionally and fast. Staff is very friendly, calmed me down during the procedure. I was able to watch my stomach on the monitor :)

Moc ráda bych touto cestou poděkovala celému IKEMu za skvělou péči a úžasný přístup k mému tatínkovi, kterému byla zachráněna noha právě u vás. Můj tatínek p.Kopernický, který má po rakovině hrtanu slavíka, byl u vás na klinice na transplantaci tepen dolních končetin, která mu nejen zachránila nohu, ale vratila zas chuť do života. Ráda bych touto cestou poděkovala Všem doktorům, sestřičkám, prostě celému Ikem, za záchranu mého života. Po hrozícím jaterním selhání a následném dlouhém léčení na oddělení hepatogastroenterologie , mohu být už druhý měsíc se svými nejbližšími. Děkuji za perfektní, profesionální přístup veškerého personálu, hlavně pak oddělení KARIP, kde se mnou měli starosti. Po umělém spánku, mě dostávali s největší trpělivostí do normálního života, za což jsem jim nesmírně vděčná. Nyní je můj ošetřující lékař doktor Král a i jemu děkuji za veškerou práci kterou se mnou má a ještě mít bude..
