The coordinator was available, the conditions in the ward were good, the doctor (surgeon) was very attentive, and the postoperative care was up to standard
Not all staff members had even a basic command of English; despite the fact that preoperative tests and consultations had been scheduled, I had to explain the purpose of the consultation to all the doctors except the surgeon
