Everything in the clinic is at the highest level, now we are undergoing examination and treatment, using modern equipment, doctors found another tumor that was not seen in Ukraine, the pro doctors inspire 100% confidence. Interpreter Svetlana constantly supports and knows how to calm her down and she is a very pleasant woman. If you want to recover and live long, come to Anadolu! Bookimed staff and interpreters accompanied us every step of the way, we got answers to all our questions. Comfortable room for the patient and the attendant (in our case) Excellent clinic, attentive and meticulous (in a good sense) doctors. The medical staff also, put all the drips, served and made all the analyses on schedule. All promptly and without unnecessary questions. Tasty and nourishing food was provided for both the patient and the attendant. On the territory of the hospital is a beautiful small park for walking, as well as in the clinic itself there are many places for rest and waiting The clinic met all expectations and costs

Bookimed handed over our documents to Anadolu and the next day we were contacted by the curator Zakhida from Anadolu. The curator sent us a list of hotels with whom Anadolu cooperates under the contract (discount for Anadolu patients), made a reservation and organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel, made an appointment with doctors, for tests, PET CT, etc. and sent us a schedule for November 8. We arrived on November 7, we were met by a transfer from Anadolu and taken to the hotel. The next day, November 8, we went to Anadolu, we were met in the hall by the curator Zahida and the translator Muhamed. Our doctor Sinan. Analyzes, Pet CT, MRI, ultrasound of the heart and even the review of slides, the results are prepared quickly.

I had a very positive experience at Anadolu Hospital in Istanbul. Everything was very well organized, and I was especially impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the assistants, the translator, and most of all, the doctors. I truly felt supported and well taken care of throughout the process. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Meriem for her exceptional assistance — her help was truly invaluable. If I may offer one small remark, it would be that the brain MRI report was a bit limited in detail. Aside from that, everything was impeccable. I am very satisfied and grateful for the care I received. Thank you again to the entire team!

Jaroslava's WhatsApp support service is 100%, the consultant has excellent knowledge and information in the medical field, the interpreter support at Tatiana and Zahida's clinic was excellent, smooth work, quick responses, highly qualified doctors, modern equipment, different medical packages, which allows the patient to pay for additional medical services. Different medical packages, which gives the patient the opportunity to pay for additional medical services as needed. Free meals in the clinic's restaurant is a nice bonus!'-)

We came to the clinic with bags, as the appointment was before check-in to the hotel, in the end we carried the bags ourselves to the place where they said to leave them, there is no staff in the clinic, there are no men who could pick up the bags and no trolleys for bags, I think it is not expensive for this clinic to do such a service.

I was treated for breast cancer, I liked everything, I had chemotherapy, surgery, and radiotherapy, and now every 3 months I have check-ups. I would like to express my gratitude to my attending doctor, surgeon, my coordinator, all nurses and interpreters, I remember when I first arrived, I was so confused, panic and fear. But as soon as the treatment started, everything went in its own way, I had to go through everything and I am glad I did. Thank you!
