When I decided to have an abdominoplasty, I found Bookimed..com by chance. And I will say right away that I have not regretted it. I want to emphasise my coordinator Ekaterina. She did a great job: at any time of the day!!!( sometimes I asked questions at 12 at night), she always answered me immediately. She was patient with all my requirements and tried to fulfil them as quickly as possible. I got a lot of suggestions from her and was able to choose a great surgeon. Now it is only 10 days after the operation and I can already see a good result, I am sure that the final result will be even better. So I would like to thank again Bookimed.com and Catherine 🙏 for this first stage of work. And I wish your team further fruitful work and more clients!

My dream came true ❤️ I had a hair transplant at the Dr.Med clinic. I am grateful to Hakanu Hospital and its team for their professional work and 24/7 support. All the days I spent here, I was supported. There were always translators nearby. I recommend that anyone else who has the same problem should decide to undergo surgery. ❤️

I liked everything. I’m so sorry for making drama on the second day of the stay, we did not know that dr Med Clinic is clinic not hospital just and they make the trip happen . So they rent rooms in hospitals for the surgery. (Just a little note, because we got really confused and scared, luckily doctor and his assistant calmly explained everything to us). They let us meet another couple that had gone under the same surgery the day before, to calm us. Hospital stuff was so so cute. Nurses were so caring and looked after us. Remained so nice even when i called them many times in the middle of the night. They helped to fill our every need and even offered to go to the store for us when we asked where the store was. The hotel stuff was also really cute and helpful. Our coordinator Lara also helped us a lot. She answered fast and made sure we got everything we needed. I am so so happy with the results of dr Mustafa’s work. He listened to what i wanted and was very supportive. I am not going to add oictures now as im still in early stages of recovery. But i will come back and add my before&after photos, when i’m not as swollen.

I wrote everything down already.

There could be a translator as very few people Had good english and it made a lots of mess

Everything was excellent from the very beginning of my arrival to the end of the procedure. I received help and support throughout; everyone at the clinic was very friendly and welcoming. The coordinators were pleasant individuals and offered ample support. They created a dedicated WhatsApp group for me, and if any questions or issues arose, I could reach out and get prompt explanations and solutions. The meals were good, and I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr.Med clinic.

I chose this clinic based on the reviews and I am writing myself. Catherine gave me all the information and helped me with all my organised questions. I had a breast augmentation and a mini tummy tuck just over a week ago and everything was top notch. The contact persons were always in touch with me, available for feedback at any time. The operation was successful , the anaesthesia was mild . Dr Hakan Teymur is empathic, pleasant person, with attention and individual attitude to the patient. Many thanks to Akylay, who supported me and was always in touch with me. Very kind person. Narmina is a very pleasant, positive girl. Now I will wait for the result.

I am incredibly glad that I chose this doctor. Thanks to the medical staff and translators/assistants, the not-so-pleasant procedure went smoothly, quickly and well. The doctor is very attentive, spends a lot of time, gives advice, jokes. It is very calming and relaxing before and after surgery. The operation itself was almost painless for me, so much so that I did not take a single painkiller during recovery. The girls who translated and accompanied us are very attentive and on call almost 24/7. I give 10 out of 10. Price-quality! I'm waiting for the result

I had my surgery with Dr. Aydinol and the team at the clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, they took the time to plan the procedures carefully and align them with my expectations, which gave me a lot of confidence. Dr. Aydinol was very attentive, always guiding me through the process and patiently responding to all of my additional questions. The clinic also made my stay stress-free by arranging accommodation and transportation, so I didn’t have to worry about the logistics of the trip. I’m still in the healing phase, but the results already look promising, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome. Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare! The first person I want to talk about is Dr MED. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from the doctor one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not fated to come true. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and correction of the chin was performed. Secondly is of course Dr Mad and his staff . Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. Thank you to your team DOCTOR MED for your professional approach. RECOMMEND.

The doctor is a professional. He stopped the operation because of high blood pressure and saved my life.

Honestly, the experience was okay. I have been in Istanbul three times for medical surgery, and this was the one who I liked less. The transfer, the hotel, the doctor, the nurses; it was all really good! 😊The main problem was in the guide we had. She didn’t speak good english, she was always on her phone and acted like we were not there. When we asked questions, she didn’t know the answers. In my older experiences, the organizer/communicator knew EVERYTHING! The were empathetic and were really friendly. They were ready for any type of question. This time, i was really disappointed. Besides that, there was a lack of information. They send us home and they gave us some Basic Information on what to do, but Information abouth the wounds, how to take care of them, or how to take the stitches out; the didn’t say anything. So the experience was good! 👍🏼 but it could have been better.

The Bookimed platform was very easy to use and made the whole process smooth. I was kept in contact via WhatsApp at all times, and any questions I had were answered quickly. They continued to check in and support me even after I returned home, which I really appreciated. Dr. Mustafa Aydinol was excellent – attentive, diligent, and thorough in explaining everything clearly. The hospital and staff were all lovely, making me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. Although I am happy with the outcome, I am still sore and bruised, but I will be more than happy to share photos at a later date.

What I liked most was the constant communication and support from start to finish, and the excellent care from Dr. Mustafa Aydinol and the hospital staff.

What I disliked the most was the discomfort and bruising during recovery, although I understand this is part of the healing process
