I liked the clinic. Dr Mustafa is a good specialist. The final results of my operation are not yet visible because it is only the 9th day today, but I like what is emerging). The medical staff is very caring, kind and attentive. The period of stay in the clinic is one day, but I think it is not enough, at least 2 days. I really liked the assistant and interpreter Akilai. She is very attentive, she will tell you everything, answer your questions, organise trips to the doctor, to the hospital, to procedures, if there are indications, to the airport. She will give coordinates of supermarkets, ATM, order food to the hotel, if necessary. Everything goes much more calmly and confidently with her. A huge thank you to her 🌺
For general strengthening of the body, after the surgery, the doctor referred me to the DISH procedure. I really enjoyed it. I felt like I was revitalised and my head was clearer and I had more energy
I've written before that one day at the clinic is not enough. At least two days

I came to turkey on my own. The staff were lovely and so supportive. I felt secure and well cared for. I was treated at Hospital. My appointment with Dr suggested a few tweaks to the initial treatment plan and I was reassured by this that he had my best outcome in mind. He was very professional and gave you lots of confidence. I met my anaesthesiologist and the chief medical director. There was not one time I felt that I did not know what was going on. I wish all the staff Akylay who helped me through this a big thank you. It is only 5 days post surgery. But my checkup with Dr MED today went well. Very little pain and swelling going down nicely. A special mention to the staff at hotel Modus who looked after me with bags of ice for swelling and lovely food and to Akilay who was my guide through all this and made sure that not only did I get everything I needed…….but I made the most of my time here in Istanbul, which is a beautiful city.

Excellent medical staff. Very positive and friendly attitude to patients. Kudos to the surgeon for his jewellery work. The only thing I would like to improve is the communication between the interpreters, which would improve the organisation in some issues. It is too early to say about the final result, but two thirds of the face lift, neck platysmaplasty, temporal lift, lower laser eye resurfacing and not a single bruise, it is impressive!
Attitude to patients, professionalism of surgeon and medical staff. Good hotel.
That I never saw the surgeon after the surgery.

Everything was super! Only 10 days have passed since the operation, so I don't know how to evaluate the result yet. I have no complaints so far. The doctor was very attentive, friendly, and apparently experienced. Recovery after the operation was quick and painless. I am a problematic patient - an allergic person, but the medical staff is very attentive and experienced, I was monitored when I started to be allergic to the drug and quickly dealt with this problem, they released me only when they were sure that I was fine. Also, the price that was agreed upon before and after was unchanged, although I did it after the new year, and they predicted a price increase. They kept the old price for me, which was very nice! The clinic organised a transfer before and after the operation. This is very important during the rehabilitation period. The price included treatment, medications, a corset and anaesthesia. I want to thank my anaesthetist separately!!! I liked him the most. He is a very attentive and intelligent doctor. He calmed me down before the operation and helped me afterwards when I was allergic to an antibiotic. I also want to thank the doctor's assistants Lara and Akilai, who accompanied me at all stages, translated, took me everywhere and helped me. I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you so much!!! I have only the best impressions. I am looking forward to the result of my surgery. My dream has come true! And although I was very afraid, it was in vain, it was not scary at all.

At first, I chose a doctor and clinic myself - I paid a deposit, came for a consultation and I did NOT like the doctor. He seemed completely unprofessional, did not take into account my wishes at all, did not hear me at all and bent his own way. I didn't want to go to him - and I told Krystyna about it - and she cancelled the surgery in that clinic and even got the deposit back! Then she found me a clinic and a doctor who I was 200% satisfied with!!!! Everything was great, I had the surgery of my dreams. I recommend to EVERYONE if you are going to have plastic surgery - do it through bookimed!!! It's safer, you will be supported and everything will be chosen according to your wishes.

I had a second (revision) rhinoplasty with Dr Ibrahim Altoparlak. Dr.MED clinic in Istanbul. I am satisfied with the result: the doctor got the aesthetic shape of my nose right and it became easier to breathe with my nose in the literal sense. Thank you very much to the Doctor. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager Akylai, who accompanied me from arrival to departure. She provided me with all the information I needed, accompanied me to the operation, supported me emotionally before and cared for me after the operation. Transfer, medication, everything I needed was received on time and in full.
The organisation of the trip was very good, well thought out. Competent, responsible for his work manager of Dr.Med clinic named Akylai. With such managers there is trust in the clinic. The doctor himself, Dr. Ibrahim, with a sense of humour, the main thing is that he is a professional. Thank you.
There was no window in the hospital room. I needed fresh air and went out on the balcony in the corridor. It was only one night in the clinic, so it is not critical for an objective assessment.

From the very first message with Bookimed, I felt safe and secure with my choice of clinic for my cosmetic procedures. The price was very reasonable and the clinic was very accomodating with my request to install payment plan and let me book the procedures months in advance. The communications between myself, the Bookimed team and the clinic were always smooth and frequent. The never pushed their own agenda with my procedures and were very honest in their recommendations. When I had my appointment with the doctor, he recommended one less procedure and I was allowed to put the extra money towards my post care lymphatic massages. The team at the DR.MED Clinic were amazing, they took really good care of me from when I landed in Istanbul until when I flew out. They organised all of my transportation, appointments and aftercare. The team at the modus hotel were also superstars, no ask was too big or small, going above and beyond in service with no hidden charges. I would highly recommend the Bookimed service and the Dr. Med clinic for all your cosmetic needs

I had lipomodelling surgery with Dr Hakan and was absolutely delighted! 🥰 Thank you so much to the doctor and his whole team for their exceptional approach and professionalism. From the moment I booked, they were always in touch with me, answering all my questions and explaining every step of the procedure. Special thanks to Lara who carefully accompanied me throughout the whole process. She not only helped with the organisational aspects of the operation, but was also there for me in any everyday matters. A very pleasant, responsible and attentive girl! The office is just top notch and the clinic is excellent. Despite the fact that many of the staff at the hospital do not speak English, they always found a way to communicate through an interpreter and did not leave any of my requests unattended. Dr MED made a great impression on me. A professional with a capital letter! Before the operation I was told in detail about the possible risks, listened to my wishes and was extremely attentive every step of the way. The team asked about my cases every day and were always in touch with me If I decide to have any more corrections in the future, I will only go back to them! I definitely recommend Dr Med and Dr Hakan and his team - I have never regretted my choice!

My stay both at the clinic and in Istanbul went well. There was understanding with the doctor. The Russian-speaking girls were good, I mainly worked with Akilay, she answered all my questions, paid enough attention and was always positive. Everything was well organised in the hotel too, we were changed to a bigger room and my stay after the operation was comfortable. In general, everything went well, I can recommend both the clinic and the doctor, later in a month I will post the results of liposuction.
Speed and competence of service, tests were done quite quickly, also liked the fact that tests were also done after surgery to look at haemoglobin levels.
Couldn't get into a vein, however this is my individuality and difficult to deal with, then called in higher professionals and it worked out.
