Everything was wonderfully organized, there was a transfer and a wonderful hotel next to the clinic. Dr Med accompanied us constantly and resolved our issues. The meeting with the doctor took place at the appointed time. The meeting with him gave us a feeling of confidence that we were in professional hands. Therefore, we decided to have surgery. We chose a doctor for my daughter for a long time and left our choice on Dr. Hakan, he is a doctor from God, his hands are golden, he performed a triple operation for my daughter, brachioplasty, breast implants and reverse abdominoplasty, 5 days have passed since the operation, and it is still difficult to judge objectively about the results, but the stitches that Dr. Hakan makes are a work of art, and the most important thing is how he instills confidence in the patient, my daughter immediately came to her senses after the follow-up examination with the doctor, Thank you very much Dr. Hakan for your patience and professionalism. Young, handsome and talented. I would also like to say about his team, Dr MED’s assistant, Narmina and Mukhlise. Narmina has such sympathy, and can also calm down and give confidence, Mukhlisa is a joyful girl, always positive, always ready to help. The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the hotel, it is located on a mountain, and it is not very easy for a person after surgery to make descents and ascents. Of course, transfers are provided, but the rest of the time you are in the hotel, I really hope for an excellent result of the operation, for this you need to wait 6 months.

Many thanks 🙏🏻 to the Bookimed service. From the decision to have surgery to the decision of where and who will perform mammoplasty on me, it took me 2 days. Very pleasant and caring staff, answered all my questions. He recommended a favorable offer from the Dr Med clinic, assuring him of the professionalism of the plastic surgeon. As a result, I completely trusted the company, especially since the reviews were only positive. As a result, I had surgery yesterday, everything went quickly in 2.5 hours. I joked later that I had to give birth to 3 children in the hope that my breasts would grow. And then in 3 hours you made your dream come true easily and effortlessly. 😉 The staff at the clinic monitored my condition 24/7. Three meals a day in the clinic. All medications, compression garments, transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic, all inclusive, even a 5-day hotel stay after surgery with breakfast. I recommend taking an accompanying person with you; this makes life much easier after the operation, plus it is easier to psychologically tune in to a positive outcome of the operation surrounded by a loved one. It was my daughter. Special thanks to Mukhlise, coordinator and translator, who accompanied me to the department before the operation and helped me get tested. Sign all documents. She also monitored and accompanied the transfer from the hotel to the clinic. It’s really great when the service took care of relieving me as much as possible from all the paperwork and taking over the entire routine and helping connect the client (me) with the clinic. My dream came true when I am the happy owner of beautiful breasts in the beautiful city of Istanbul. 😉 I wholeheartedly recommend the Dr Med clinic and the Bookimed team. 🩷🩷🩷

Wonderful team! Narmina, Semra, I hug you, tactful and attentive girls 🥰 Starting from the video consultation, ending with the transfer to the airport, everything was planned and carried out professionally and with soul. Dr. Hakan is a professional with an aesthetic sense and a complete understanding of his patients. There was not a single situation that he did not understand and did not help us understand all the intricacies of development. I received full support from the first day of treatment, always had feedback, very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the best coordinator Akylay and the best Dr Hakan. Thank you very much🥰 They counselled me, showed me how it would be better and did everything for me taking into account all my wishes, all the time before and after the operation they supported me, were in touch, answered all my questions, always interested in my well-being. In the clinic itself the staff is very polite, helpful, kind, also helped and said immediately call them if you need help, even the smallest thing (which I could easily cope with and myself) and that tried to help me. A week ago i had 2 surgeries in this clinic(rhinoplasty and hair transplant). Currently i am still in recovery process, but i am already very satisfied with the results. The personnel here is very friendly and always opened for any questions. I highly recommend this clinic, cause once you arrive to Istanbul, the staff will take care of you until the very end and you have nothing to worry and do except constantly looking in the mirror at new version of you.

I came to see the clinic after having two children looking to gain my confidence back. Starting from the time I initially contacted them they have been very responsive and timely in answering all of my questions. I was able to video chat with the doctor who answered all of my questions in advance. Upon arrival in the country we were greeted by the kind transportation team and taken to a hotel nice and close to the clinic. The next morning I was greeted by Muhlise and taken to the clinic for all testing and document singing before surgery. She is always there to answer questions, help you with anything you need (before and after surgery). She has been so kind and I could not have done this without her. A few days after surgery I was able to see the results and am so happy with them now but know the best is to come in the following weeks as swelling comes down. Thank you to the dr med team!! You have all been great. A special thank you to all of the nurses as well that help take care of me💕

On April 2nd, I underwent a facelift and neck lift surgery at Doctor Med Clinic with Dr. Aykut Gok. The surgery was successful, and the doctor was very attentive to my wishes. His skills are exceptional, and everything was done meticulously, with no bruising. I'm delighted to have chosen this clinic and this doctor, and I can only recommend them to everyone. The medical staff is very attentive and professional. I also thank consultant physician Narmina for the detailed and comprehensive online consultation and the bookimed employee for gathering information on clinics in Turkey. I would especially like to highlight the work of my coordinator, Mukhlisa, who provided all the necessary information from my arrival until departure and accompanied me at every stage, leaving none of my questions unanswered. Thanks to her, my entire stay was organized excellently.
