Overall, the experience was very good, and I felt that my concerns were treated with seriousness and professionalism
I was in constant contact with the coordinator. They were very punctual with scheduling — I even went into the office 5 minutes early. The doctor already knew details about me from the documents I'd sent in advance, which impressed me.
