The team assisted us from before our arrival until we left Turkey
The hotel was in the proximity of the hospital. Therefore, the transport was easy, especially after the surgery.
We booked another hotel for the rest of the stay but Bookimed assisted us with transports from the hotel to the hospital on our last visit and from the hospital to the airport.

The recommended nephrologist is treating it the old fashioned way with prednisolone. He prescribed blood thinners before the biopsy, so I had to postpone the procedure for a week. And just lying in hospital is 800 euros a day.

In my opinion, everything here is thoughtfully designed and organized to the highest standard, starting with the clinic's transfer service, which picked me up from the bus station upon my arrival in a foreign country and took me to my specified accommodation address. Bookimed was always available for assistance and support. Additionally, on the day of arrival, clinic staff contacted me by phone in advance and remained in touch throughout our stay in Turkey. All the doctors we consulted were polite and highly professional individuals. Throughout our time there, we were accompanied and assisted by interpreters, who were also very polite and highly professional. Good equipment, but I would like a better attitude from the medical staff. The clinic is clean, there are comfortable waiting areas and a cafe. I recommend a visit, but you need to be patient.
