the hospital facilitator did not provide all the necessary information to the hotel: 1. there were no baby cots upon arrival. we had to ask ourselves 2. we made explicit requests that we need breakfast. however the next day we were told only rooms were booked. No breakfast.
the short hospital stay
the indifferent attitude of the nurses...no smiles, no empathy, no children's meal, lunch served at 2.30pm for patients' parents

We liked the clinic very much, we are satisfied. But if they make the prices lower, it would be great. Thank you very much!!!
Most of all liked the transfer and the medicine is well developed.
Prices are expensive.

My medical team was very active and organised. My advice is at the time of discharge there must be an appointment time for follow up to the patient to check the improvement and progressing of the patient

I performed an operation in this hospital, removed a metal plate on my leg. The staff are all friendly, good doctors, the service was provided in full. The room is comfortable, spacious with everything you need. Special thanks to translator Tutu, who created a very friendly atmosphere and helped throughout the entire time, and to Dr. Selman Dogan, who performed the operation!

Mom sent to the clinic for PET CT. Unfortunately, I could not go with her. At the airport, the coordinator Yulduz, the clinic is modern and excellent, near the Merkur hotel is also super. However, on the day of the procedure, it turned out that there is no diagnostic equipment in the clinic itself, so my mother was sent to the laboratory to the machine that the clinic was in control of, everything is fine, but Yulduz did not go with her mother, and my mother spoke on the fingers there, and after a while she phoned Yulduz by telephone for telephone translation. Overall, the treatments we received, access to services, the facilities and all of the personnel we interacted with was great.
The medical staff were professional. The translator was very nice. Bookimed agent was a fantastic person.
The hospital financial departments need better coordination with knowledge of clients deposited funds when booking consultations and treatments.
