My rehabilitation period is not over yet and I can't say about the final result. But already at this stage I have a good impression of your company, the work of the coordinator Maria and the hospital interpreter Madina. I especially liked the surgeon who performed the operation. The conditions in the clinic are average, the price is market. Other medical operators also sent me offers in the same price range, but you did everything faster. By the way, the same price was in Ajibadem, but they sent me an offer on 17 May, when I had already set up for treatment in Hisar. My sister had a checkup in Ajibadem and I stopped by the clinic. Really very high level of medicine, service and comfort. But I hope that the result of my operation will not make me regret my choice. Thank you once again for your help. Saule. 🌷🌷🌷
I liked the doctor's professionalism and sense of humour.
Hisar clinic has a very bad transfer coordinator. Every time they were 30-60 minutes late.

I thank the company for the very fast and efficient work. Very positive experience undergoing treatment for sudden hearing loss at Khizar Hospital. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. All examinations were carried out quickly and at the highest level. The treatment was prescribed immediately and produced results quite quickly.

Everything is fine. There was a slight delay in the transfer upon arrival at the airport. Then they arrived promptly, the drivers were polite, the cars were clean. The hotel is a little far away, but nice, spacious room, clean. There were not enough slippers in the hotel, otherwise everything was fine, the staff was helpful. I underwent PET CT diagnostics with gallium 68, the examination was carried out perfectly. Special thanks to the coordinators of Bookimed and the clinic, and the translator. The consultation with the doctor was easy and instilled confidence and calm. It would be nice to get a translation of the conclusion in Russian or English right away.

It was necessary to clean wax from one ear. As a result, for only $150 I received a consultation with an ENT professor, cleaning of both ears, and an additional examination of my nose and throat. The clinic and doctors work professionally, however, it was not possible to use the services of a translator into Russian at the reception, since the translator was too busy, but the doctors speak excellent English.

Everything was brilliant with the consultant and his team, the hospital ward staff were good apart from one nurse that was on shift and was quite rude. All the transfers were good until we needed to get to the airport and the driver was stuck somewhere and we ended up paying. 1 500 tl to get us to the airport. Our interpreter was brilliant and we had a laugh with her. I wasn’t expecting to pay out nearly £600.00 extra with having to buy all medicines and medication and protein powder. This was a shock to me as nobody had told me about this. So overall my experience was really good and the operation went really well, just lacking in a bit of after care and additional add ons.

I was really nervous about a new breast lump that developed. I reached out to Book I med and explained my situation. I was directed to Hisar Intercontinental Hospital. They did biopsy, ultrasound and PET scan. Although I wanted surgery, doctor explained it wasn't in my best interest and recommended medication instead. Doctors were careful to come up with plan, they didn't rush to make decisions. I had a medical coordinator who assisted in transportation to and from hospital and coordinating tests and doctor visits. I was also assigned an interpreter for Turkish to English.They were both wonderful and it was nice to have assistance and smiling faces when I arrived. They always took time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I met with 2 doctors, a breast cancer surgeon and oncologist. They both were professional and friendly. They met with a tumor board of physicians to discuss my plan.I feel like I got professional care and good treatment plan. The hospital was clean and modern. They did a good job with the tests, I didn't feel any pain from the doctor who did my biopsy. Believe me when you have something as scary as a breast lump you want to be in good hands.I paid for each test and medication individually with credit card. I was told the cost before each purchase. Even though the whole bill wasn't cheap, it's much much lower cost than I could get in United States. As a self pay patient I am glad for that also. So overall even though I was struggling with something really bad(tumor) I feel like I got great and professional care at a decent price. I would truly recommend this to anyone. And Turkey is such a beautiful country with friendly people. There is hidden artwork everywhere. So even though I am going through this ordeal being in beautiful Turkey makes it not so bad. The food here is really good and cheap. I'm staying in Old city which has tons of Cafe restaurants. In your spare time just sitting at a Cafe and watching the myriad of people walking by is fun. I am confident I am going to beat this breast tumor with the help of the wonderful care given at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital.

Hello, first of all I would like to thank the personal doctor coordinator Ekaterina for organizing rhinoseptoplasty surgery for my son. My son had a serious fracture of the nasal septum as a child. I wanted to see otolaryngologist Suleiman Hilmi Yilmaz at the Khizar clinic. She quickly organized everything. The coordinator at the clinic, Khizar Maria, also organized everything for us at the highest level. Operation was successfully completed. Thank you! 👍🏻
The main operation was successful; the son did not feel any pain. After the operation in the evening, the nurse took such care that there was swelling, but there was almost no hemotomy. It's a pity that I don't know his name. But he didn't sleep all night.
