My biggest worry was centered on one of the 2-3 fibroids I had. The surgeon and the entire team at the clinic were great, which put me at ease. The procedure itself was smooth. I am now in the early recovery phase and I feel good, though I do tire easily, as is expected. It’s still too early to know what the final results will be, but I am optimistic. I can’t really comment on the price clarity as I wasn't sure about the details. From a medical and care standpoint, everything was handled very professionally by the staff.

Was offered an appointment and was told it would be online and an interpreter would be provided but there was no interpreter. I was told to pay a deposit but then after the appointment which was suppose to last an hour but lasted 20 minutes (and was started late) was concluded the hospital refused to refund me the deposit when I decided not to proceed! Luckily my credit card was able to get the money back for me.

I thank bookimed for organizing the visit to the clinic. Everything was organized very conveniently and quickly. They were always in touch and answered questions. Everything is fine)

We liked everything and like it, and the drivers in the services, and the staff and translators and our doctor, are completely satisfied with everything and recommend it.

Wonderful reception at the airport. The hospital’s appointments are punctual and the translators are very good. They take care of the patient and meet his needs. I am very happy and I hope that the result will be positive.
