My coordinator was very helpful and reassuring, and the nurses are all lovely and attentive. The doctor does nice, neat work. However, I feel the doctor doesn't always listen to requests, which I think is due to a language barrier. While he did the consultation and markings for my type of arm lift personally, my specific input on how much to take wasn't fully followed. The biggest issue is that the recommended stay is not nearly enough time; this caused a lot of stress and extra expense. On a positive note, the clinic's support afterward was solid, with a clear aftercare guide and being easy to reach.

The surgeon I booked my surgery with did not do the procedure. I was not notified of this change. I had a deep plane facelift targeting my neck and lower face and am still in the early stages of recovery. So far, I am feeling not as good as hoped. On a practical level, the clinic provided a clear aftercare guide, and there were no additional expenses on top of what I had already paid. For any future patient, I would advise you to contact the clinic directly to confirm your surgeon’s availability and ensure the consultation before surgery is thorough and detailed to match expectations.

My coordinator was in touch throughout the whole process, which was very helpful, handling everything from making the appointment and sending photos for diagnosis to the period right after treatment. I received foam sclerotherapy injections for the varicose veins. The procedure itself went well. I am now in the early stages of my recovery and have found there has been little contact from the clinic since I was discharged. Overall, the care I received was good and I am feeling positive.

Monsplaty, Tummy Tuck and 360 Liposuction. My biggest concern going into this was what the recovery would actually feel like. It's not easy. The most challenging part has definitely been the constant tight feeling, which is something to be prepared for. My surgeon used a combination of liposuction and excision. Right now there is still some swelling, so it’s too early to know how my clothes will fit differently in the end. Despite the discomfort, the clinic, the staff, and my surgeon were all fantastic and provided great care. It was a professional and supportive environment, and I'm glad I made the choice to go there.

Very clean, very inviting. After care was good too. Everything was quick and easy. Communication via whatsapp made things easier as well. I travelled solo and the staff helped that little extra.

After surgery garments are not forgiving for us longer torso people. They were a bit short which added a lil discomfort when it rolled at the back. Other than that everything was really good.

From the beginning, there was a significant lack of clear communication from my Bookimed coordinator. I believe there was a failure to adequately confirm the agreed arrangements with the clinic, which seems to have directly contributed to the services and procedures I paid for not being fulfilled. I was also extremely disappointed that the doctor did not properly listen to my specific requests for my full face treatment; a significant language barrier made communication even more difficult. I proceeded based on the procedures in my Bookimed confirmation, but this did not happen. I am extremely disappointed. I feel misled about the services I booked, and this has resulted in significant additional expenses for me. While there were no extra charges from the clinic itself, I feel unfairly out of pocket after travelling so far for an agreement that was not honoured.

Honestly, the doctor understood specifically what I wanted after the consultation, and I loved how quickly they replied back. The whole experience was good. I do wish they had a package that offered a hotel stay as well, but other than that, everything was solid. For my facial fat transfer, they used fat from my thighs to treat multiple areas, including my temples and jawline. There were no additional expenses on top of what I paid the clinic. The support has been great since the procedure; they provided a clear aftercare guide, are easy to reach, and have stayed in touch through my early recovery.

Honestly the doctor understood specifically what I wanted after the consultation. I loved how quickly they reply back to you in terms of communication. The whole experience was good.

For anyone considering a mommy makeover, here is my direct feedback. I had a tummy tuck, breast work, and liposuction, and I'm feeling about as expected. My surgeon was honest about realistic results for my body, explained which procedures I truly needed, and personally checked on me after surgery. The doctor and clinic are kind, and I feel like they did an incredible job with my procedure. The clinic staff were easy to reach and stayed in touch, and there were no additional expenses.

If you're looking into a lip lift, here's my experience. I had the bullhorn type done, with the incision placed under the nose. My surgeon was very meticulous before the operation; he measured and marked everything carefully, which was reassuring. The logistics were handled fine. The included driver pickup was helpful, and the Dr was ok. My main issue was the follow-up, and I really feel there should be better after care. There was very little contact from the clinic once I left, and I was expecting to be seeing dr after procedure, which didn't happen. The surgical work itself felt professional, but the lack of support afterward is something to be aware of.

My biggest concern was the complexity of replacing my old implants. My surgeon was very honest about the revision's complexity, which was reassuring, and he used Mentor implants for the procedure. I'm still recovering. My coordinator was really helpful and available; she made sure my drains got pulled and got us to our flight home with no stress. All the wonderful gals took amazing care of me and made my husband comfortable also. The shared bathroom outside the rooms made it more difficult, but it is an older building. The clinic staff on WhatsApp felt a bit robotic in their texts, but they were friendly in person, so I think it was just a language barrier. The clinic itself was clean and the staff were caring. My surgeon was very clear; he explained which areas of my thighs would be used for liposuction and what to expect for the fat survival rate, with up to 200 cc transferred per breast. Knowing I had to travel, he also checked on my recovery timeline. The clinic provided a clear aftercare guide and has been easy to reach. The final price was exactly as quoted, with no additional expenses.
