could of been checked on more?was left alone in recovery?wasnt told about not eating or drinking day of op a do and dont list before and after surgury mite be helpful?wasever was put in my eyes during was so painful for 24 hours after that was the wrost part of it .....hosi bed was pretty hard but so far my face is great no sign of infection etc doctor was great but a few things could b impoved i had to get stronger pain killers after leaving i would come bak for a small produre
doctor was very good at what he does but there are some improvements i wouldnt want to stay there more then a night bed was hard only a chair for my partner and no bathroom off room but was a great price for what i got so thank u for that

The staff are very friendly and make you feel really comfortable. It is sometimes a bit difficult to communicate in the clinic as not every member of staff speaks English well, but it's not a big problem. I was very nervous before my tummy tuck but the nurse was really responsive to me. Contact is always via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. I am driven to the clinic every 2 days and the clinic covers the travel costs. Everything is also included. I am more than satisfied for the price and can highly recommend the clinic.

I want to say a massive thank you to Queen my medical coordinator who help me to the entire process until the surgery day, also ID Clinic to Dr. Phatcharasak, and Mai, the entire staff from the nurses, front desk to the specialists worked together seamlessly to coordinate my surgery and care. It is obvious they have great communication and dedication to their patients.

From the first contact messages were replied to very quickly and always followed up with any questions. I travelled from Australia and there was someone waiting for me and took me straight out booked accomodation. We always had someone to pick us up and take us to our destination. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly I am very appreciative of the staff who were always friendly and welcoming Everything was well planned My experience has been very memorable Thank you

The operation went well, quickly and painlessly. They provided all the necessary medication to be taken afterwards. The staff were always in touch. After the operation we had several additional check-ups to make sure that everything was OK. They constantly organised the transfer from the hotel to the clinic and back.

The surgery is performed at the clinic not at a hospital which concerned me (were they prepared if something went wrong), the rooms opened up to the front desk where people would come for appointments and the toilet was across reception. I felt I didn't have much privacy and was very exposed. Nurses would not always come especially at night when I needed assistance to the toilet. I would be waiting at my hotel for a car and they would have forgotten to send one so the organisation level was not very good. It wasn't a very friendly/caring environment i felt. The communication was very poor too, there was one lady there that spoke English and she never smiled it just didnt feel good. I spoke to the doctor very briefly on surgery day and then he never spoke to me again. I wouldnt go back, ive had surgery in Thailand before and had a far better experience.
The nurses who cleaned my bandages and helped with my compression garments were lovely.
Room quality, upfront about procedures being done in a small operating room at a small clinic not hospital (was about 10 steps from reception), assistance and attentiveness (I didnt get fed after surgery i had to ask for food and they gave me boiled rice, then they also forgot about my breakfast), needs massive improvement in communication and organisation. More support and care. Doctor follow up post surgery should be done.

My experience with Bookimed prior to surgery was okay but I was really disappointed with the clinic having had it recommended by Bookimed. There should have been alot I should have been told about prior regarding the clinic and I voiced what was happening but I dont think much will be done about it but I just hope noone else has a similar experience as mine.

My surgeon was excellent however, when I asked about the risks, he didn’t reply. The medical staff/nurses were excellent, however, there was only 1 nurse who spoke English well but she was unavailable for 2 of my medical appointments (not her fault, she was in the OR). As a result, I had to rely on the translator for information. She often didn’t ask other nurses for information, so I felt I wasn’t getting specific medical information related to my recovery but rather general information. In my opinion, this shouldn’t happen and is a shortcoming of the clinic which can easily be rectified through feedback. My other observation is the cost of the procedure changed three times. Bookimed stated “The average cost of Liposuction in Thailand ranges from $2,177 to $6,444.” No currency was listed, I found out from Adam on WhatsApp the currency was THB. That would indicate that bookimed low-balled the cost considerably. Your personal medical coordinator is Dr. Marsela Canameti. The treatment price ranges from $2,000 to $3,500 USD, depending on the specifics of your case. Program description: The patient is good candidate to the Vaser liposuction and tummy tuck surgery . This procedure cost 4500 USD. The day of my surgery, when I was asked to pay, I was told that if I used a credit card, I would have to pay a 3% surcharge. That should have been mentioned on the day of my consultation. The day before, when I paid the $500 USD deposit with my credit card, they didn’t mention a surcharge. I made the maximum payment on my debit card, then they charged my credit card twice and said they didn’t charge me the extra 3%. Overall, I happy with my liposuction and tummy tuck procedure, continue to recover and need to wait 1-2 or months to be fully recovered and see the final result. I would recommend the ID clinic.

Bookimed was often behind/not keeping up with the progress of my case. In the bookimed chat they told me I had to pay $200 for my appointment. I asked why or how to pay but didn’t get an answer. Seems your medical coordinator is currently not in the workplace. Your message is delivered, and they will respond to you as soon as they are back! Your patience is appreciated, In WhatsApp, I was asked if I needed the clinic address. My consultation appointment was at 11am, so by the time I was asked this was 3 hours too late, I already had my consultation and was already at a hospital getting my medical tests. Bookimed was extremely helpful, making the whole process seamless. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy the process was from start to finish. I felt well supported and all of my questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner. The staff at ID Clinic were approachable and friendly, they attended to my needs and requests immediately during my overnight stay and the days following my surgery. The only thing I am not satisfied with, is the lack of depth of my in person consult prior to surgery, as my breast asymmetry was not properly addressed or discussed. Now, I will likely have to explore alternate procedures at a high cost to correct my breast asymmetry once I am fully healed, which I am frustrated with as I feel this should have been taken into consideration and corrected during my initial breast augmentation surgery. However, I would still recommend Bookimend and the ID Clinic as my overall experience was good.
The ease and comfort of the process once I arrived in Thailand.
The lack of depth of my in person consult prior to surgery, that no interventions were made to correct my breast asymmetry during surgery.

Travelled all the way from Singapore to Thailand because of the great reviews I read online. Here's what I experienced: There was no pain at all during the surgery. By day 6, I was moving around just fine (I did my surgery on a Saturday and flew back to Singapore the following Friday with no issues, even while carrying my luggage). By day 9, all the pain was gone, and I could carry my heavy school bag to school the whole day without any problem. I was honestly quite surprised at how fast I recovered, especially after reading that some people take one to three months to fully recover. That's one of the main reasons I recommend this clinic. The breast implants turned out really well. For real I have 0 complaint at all! Highly recommend!
Today is the 9th day from the day of my surgery and I’m alrdy recovered from the painfulness.
No complain at all, all good

I am happy with the expertise provided by the doctor. He understood and have my needs by explaining his technique in tummy tuck and liposuction and compared other techniques he has used before. Shout out to Ice and Marj who went above and beyond to put me at ease with my procedures. The hotel inclusive of the package was a great touch in being closer to the doctor for pain relief and further enquiries. The doctor structured procedures in different days to ensure that the body can heal between procedures. I will be happy with the result once scarring and swelling have subsided. Thank you ID Clinic, I highly recommend.
That doctor has been in practice for long and knew the best technique to use.
The lack in providing a clear structure of what to expect post healing of which a checklist can be provided to the patient abd provide assurance and further understanding.

Bookimed response time was efficient and they communicated to the clinics which they had referred me to about my concerns and pricing. They provided me with 5% off and $100US from procedures from referals that I gave. A middle person is required to advocate for me during tough healing situations.
